28 day #shakeandglowchallenge done and dusted! Thank you @thecollagen.co for the delicious shakes!

This challenge for me was about showing up and trying to change my mindset, I started the challenge very unwell which meant I had to pause so I could get better.

Then I pushed through, I walked daily smashing my 10,000 steps, I went to pt every Wednesday morning and drank my shakes.

My Favourite is definitely chocolate, but I then started added a scoop of vanilla and chocolate together and yum! I love that it has 17.5g of collagen for glowing hair and skin + 29+ grams of protein to keep me full till my next meal.

Moving forward I’m going to continue with the shakes, and taking the mixed berry premium collagen peptides to continue making changes in my lifestyle.

I would just like to lose a little more on the mum tum, that’s it!!!

What a week 🤯

👟 10000 steps 5/7 days
💦 needs improvement
🍱 food was good
🧘🏼‍♀️ meditated daily
🏃🏼‍♀️ 3 workouts this week

Took today off work for me and spent it roller skating with my niece and nephews. 6km 🛼 so proud of where my 🛼 is at the moment!

Need to keep to my food good, increase my water intake, push for more consistent workouts.

Bringing back my confidence has been key 🔐 after a weight gain due to the antidepressants I was put on which absolutely did nothing but help me sleep, then to be diagnosed with ADHD and medicated (Vyvanse has been amazing for me!) I've lost most of my regain and am feeling more like Mel than ever! I'm still Me but my head is quiet (I could talk about it for days 😜 it's not something I can explain quickly, but being undiagnosed for nearly 40 years, even my psychiatrist said how?!) Returning to the workforce has also done wonders in the mental health department as my brain is stimulated which is something I was craving! I have such amazing work colleagues who have also been supportive (I was literally diagnosed with ADHD the day after I started!) I'm so 👏🏻 damn 👏🏻 proud of myself! I'm blessed to have a super supportive husband, parents and family & friends network who walked with me all the way! Thank YOU!
Now to get training in for the Bloody Long Walk! 35 kilometers 😬 We did it last year and decided to do it again 😂 why? Because it's for a good cause! And why the heck not!
