Long Beach Full this past Sunday

Extremely proud of this training block. I was able to shave an hour and six minutes off my previous PR with a 4:03:47

Starting this training block I just wanted a PR, maybe 4:30 or so but training went so well that I ended up shooting for sub 4

Unfortunately, I fell short of the mark. Started a little hot, and battled cramps during the final 10k. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed, but at the end of the day it’s all good. We pick ourselves up, learn from the mistakes and we go again

Time to get back in the lab🧪

See y’all at the Bakersfield Full🙏🏻

Maniac Monday on this fine Labor Day ⛰️ Blessed to be chasing miles instead of grinding through a 15-hour shift. Good miles, beautiful souls, and a whole lot to be grateful for. 😤
