‼️NYC DOCUMENTARY SCREENING ALERT‼️

Beyond excited to premiere my newest short doc on August 26th at @gambit.works in Manhattan.

“Under The Sisterhood” is a film about listening to women, their experiences, their health, and the stories that have gone overlooked for far too long.

I’ve been very fortunate to work on stories that are close to my heart, and as a newly minted girl dad, this project is the absolute least I could do to support my daughter, my wife, my mother, and all of the women in my life.

I’ve got a handful of tickets left, so please message me if any East Coast friends would like to join!

Cole’d as Ice - the Midas Touch

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to make the definitive Mortal Kombat series.

I haven’t made it yet.

But every once in a while a project lands on your inbox that feels suspiciously close.

“You wanna make a movie for Cole Palmer’s ice product? Literally whatever we want.”

Still one of the greatest phone calls I’ve ever gotten.

I called Zach Lowry and said, “This only works if I produce, direct, and post-produce the entire thing, we keep the camera moves stupid simple, and make life as easy as possible for the VFX team.”

A few weeks later we were in London.

Inside that tunnel was too many people asking Cole Palmer to walk down the same hallway over and over while we promised him we’d turn him into a cryomancer. Somehow it worked.

Making dumb ideas come alive with the people you love is about as good as it gets.

Huge thank you to Zach Lowry, my creative partner for over a decade and one of my closest friends.

Thank you to Ian Feiner, who’s been kicking down doors and pounding tables for me since before I could drink.

And thank you to Intergalactic Studios, our boots on the ground in London, for helping us pull off something that should have been impossible.
