A Charlotte favorite. A future worth celebrating.

@flourshopclt is staying at Park Road Shopping Center for the long term and that means more than another restaurant on the map. For many of us, it’s where friendships grow and milestones become memories. We even celebrated JoBrent’s birthday here.

I’m proud to have represented chef and friend @cheftreywilson in a fully executed long-term renewal with EDENS, helping secure Flourshop’s future at Park Road.

Trey, Sandra and the Flourshop team keep evolving with Charlotte while preserving the food, hospitality and personality that make this place their own.

Trey’s contributions to Charlotte also include founding Customshop and co-founding @eatpizzababy , with its East and West locations. I’ve had the privilege of representing him on all three relationships like this are at the heart of my work at Diehl Properties.

Thank you to Alexandra Parker, Matt Crosland and the EDENS team for helping make this possible.

Congratulations, Trey and Sandra. Here’s to more great nights at Flourshop.

Welcome Back Starsky from Pizza Baby 🍕

Always good to chop it up with the man behind our favorite pizza in the city!! We loved hearing how they are embracing @frontporchclt and the boom it has brought to them.

We are so proud of Steven and Trey and the work they consistently put in to be great. You can taste it in the food they put out!

Do yourself a favor and go order a Rosemary Roman with Sausage! You will thank us later 🔥

🤗 Hey @eatpizzababy your mini buns are so cute! Thanks for trusting #BALLMATIC for all your different dough products.
-
🔄 FUN FACT: the Ballmatic will round portions from 20 grams to 1,000 grams without any process or setting changes. It doesn’t know how big the portion is and it doesn’t care. Just drop it in, the BALLMATIC will round it! 💪🍕

When espresso is involved, great ideas tend to follow. ☕🇮🇹 A shared love for Italy’s aperitivo tradition turned into Aperitivo Hours. Cin cin! 🥂

Join us at @notjustcoffee Jay Street with @eatpizzababy & @piedmontwineimports on July 23rd at 7PM. You can expect thoughtfully selected Italian wines, shareable bites & NA options for those keeping it spirit-free.

A ticket is your seat at the table. Reserve yours through the link in bio. 🍷

Uh oh… someone handed Giacomo & De Falco espresso. ☕️ We can’t say much, just maybe keep an eye out. The team’s got something brewing at Jay Street.
