After a month of Hobonichi previews and anticipation building, the time is here. Let's get our Hobonichi planners and journals! But how do you use a Hobonichi? I have been a Hobonichi user for three years. And one of the best ways I learned how to use this planner was to look for inspiration. I have included a few of the accounts and creators I have been inspired by over the years. One of the best parts about Hobonichi is the community of people who LOVE to talk about it! If you use a Hobonichi, who inspires you? And which one do you plan to buy for 2027?

I recently read someone’s recollection of how often they did self-exams and they said it mostly happened at their annual well-woman appointment. It’s kind of like flossing, we know we should do it, but it’s easy enough to say to the dentist, “Yes, I floss a little. I should do it more.” And to your gynecologist, “Yes, I do self-exams occasionally.” Like, a few days before my annual well-woman appointment. . I was in this camp. I did not know that I needed to examine MORE than just my breast tissue. I did not prioritize self-exams. I had young children. I had just moved to a new state and was trying to get life up and running. We had just signed on the dotted line for a brand new mortgage. And then, there was this lump. I felt it and thought maybe it was related to “my time of the month” and tried to push it to the back of my mind for a week. But once you feel a lump, it never really goes to the back of your mind. . I had never had a mammogram, I wasn’t 40 yet. I wasn’t aware of my genetic background, no one had raised any red flags on it in my lifetime. I did not have any doctors set up to give a quick call, did I mention I had just moved? . I wanted that lump to be nothing. Instead, it changed everything. . Is it a bit scary to go to your mammogram? Is it fear-inducing to think something could be found that could change everything for you? Yes. But does it feel right when you choose not to prioritize your health? No. . #prioritizeyourhealth Learn how to do regular self-exams and schedule your mammogram. . #mammogramtelegram #prioritizeyourhealth #support #telegram #bcam #breastcancerawareness #breastcanceractionmonth #scheduleyourappointmenttoday #mammograms #mammogramssavelives #dontforgettofloss

The goal was always tangible. I came up with the idea of @mammogramtelegram as a physical piece of mail you could send to your good friends, your family members, patients, colleagues…and today, on the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I reached my goal. Mammogram Telegrams are now available in my little online paperie! @define23paperie . @mammogramtelegram started for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons was to replace my cancerversaries with GOOD memories. Opening my own little paper shop? Definitely a good memory. . The month of October, and the focus of breast cancer, means more to me now than ever. It is a month to help promote breast cancer education @knowyourlemons - to raise money for research @bcrfcure - to raise awareness that #pinkisnottheproblem and oh, @americancancersociety , #dearacs Regular physical breast exams and mammograms for those of us under age 40 are critical. You MUST change your recommendation and listen to the chorus of young women affected by breast cancer every year. . More to come. So much more. But for now, why not cut through the ribbons, the pink and the boobs with a mammogram telegram? Send someone a note reminding them to #feelitonthefirst and schedule their mammogram. . #mammogramtelegram #healthreminder #dearacs #wewantreceipts #screamingforscreening #pinkisnottheproblem #bcam #breastcancerawareness #snailmail #bcawareness #breastcancereducation #breastcancerresearch
