Life ain’t fair. 🖤

And if it was, how the would we grow?

We love. We lose.
We break. We rebuild.
We die a thousand deaths within ourselves, only to rise as someone we never knew we were capable of becoming.

Sometimes, the hardest loss isn’t someone who dies and leaves this world.

It’s losing someone who’s still standing right in front of you…
Their body is here, but the person you once knew is gone.

And that shit hits different.

Here’s the truth:
You can’t save everyone.
You can’t change anyone.
And staying longer won’t make someone become who you need them to be.

Sometimes, the only person who changes is YOU. Look within yourself. That’s where you’ll find the power to rise, rebuild, and become everything you thought you couldn’t be.

My story is one of many. I’m not here to inspire you with pretty words or sell you a fairytale.

Life will break you. But baby don’t fold the dark is where you grow 🌱 #lifelessons #growth #loveyourself This isn’t just a tattoo it’s apart of my life story 🖤

Hong Kong Phooey
🎨= @deflo_tattoos (Deflow Drows)
This was one of my favourite pieces I saw whilst in NZ. Found in the back of a car park in an industrial area of Christchurch.
I love how the driveway entrance and the sky, frames the artwork here. A graffiti painting of Hong Kong Phooey, a cartoon character from the 1980’s. Found in Christchurch, New Zealand.
