Ace of Stage Photos 2026 📸 Out of all my stage photos over the years, these are the first ones I’ve actually LIKED.

My last show, I traveled to a different city just to walk away with last place. Fast forward to now, and the growth speaks for itself, especially in my back and shoulders imo.

We completely changed my posing from my old routine, and I still think we’re working out some of the kinks. But looking back at where I started, I’ve made some improvements. @team_reform_coaching

💪🏾 MY PULL-UP JOURNEY: THE GOAL IS TO GET STRONGER! 🔥

Let me tell y’all something… trying to do a pull-up is NOT for the weak! 😂😭 It looks so easy when you see someone else doing it, until you get up there and realize just how much strength it actually takes!

A pull-up requires serious upper-body strength, a strong back, shoulders, biceps, grip strength, and core stability. You’re literally pulling your own body weight up! 💯

And did you know? There is no reliable, nationally representative statistic showing exactly how many women can do an unassisted pull-up. The often-quoted estimate is only 1–5% of untrained women, but that number isn’t confirmed by large-scale research. 👀💪🏾

So yes, this is a REAL challenge, and that’s exactly why I’m going after it!

I’m not just working out to look good. I’m working on my strength, discipline, endurance, and proving to myself that I can do hard things.

🎯 MY GOAL: To master ONE unassisted pull-up, then keep going until I can knock out MULTIPLE reps with proper form! No assistance. No giving up. Just consistency, patience, and progress.

I’m documenting the journey because the goal isn’t just to celebrate when I finally get there. It’s also about respecting the work it takes to become stronger along the way.

Every attempt counts. Every workout counts. Every little bit of progress counts!

I’m not there YET, but I’m not stopping either! 💪🏾🔥

This has been a world win of emotions for me for several reasons regarding the team and where it's going. I am truly thankful for this change and what it's bringing for the future of "Team Iron Warriors!"

It has been a blessing to be these two men's coach. Thank you both for believing in me to be your coach, to guide you, to mentor you, and allowing me to pour into you both!

You both did amazing for your first time stepping on stage. You both had been met with challenges throughout your prep, some significant, but managed to support each other, lift each other up, encourage each other. You guys fill my soul with so much joy and happiness. Thank you both for allowing me to be your coach, I'm truly grateful, and blessed.
