🌿 Community, Nature, Self. 🧘🏽‍♀️
To be an environmentalists isn’t always about climate talks and waste removal - it’s also about reconnecting with ourselves, our community, and the natural world we’re working to protect.

Led by one of our very own @alyssa_jade__ , this session grounded us in the kind of presence that refuels because healing the planet starts with healing ourselves ✨We’re so very proud of you & good luck on the rest of your instructor journey!

2024 has been whispering ‘Make You Feel My Love’ by Adele to me with every sunny day, full moon, and rainy cozy night in. Honestly, this year has been one of my favorites—I’m so excited knowing it only gets better from here. 2021–2023 was so tough, and while I don’t feel the need to forgive everything, I’ve finally forgiven myself.

‘Even my strong points couldn’t have survived if I didn’t learn to love myself—forgive myself—a hundred times. I love when you count me out.’”
