Finally to my linesister Deja .. thank you for being my shoulder to lean on through every high and low during this journey as Miss Virginia State University. No matter the circumstance or DISTANCE, you were always there with support, reassurance, laughter, and love exactly when I needed it most. This year came with so many unforgettable moments, and I’m beyond grateful that I got to experience them with you by my side. Thank you for being not only my sister, but my safe place throughout it all. I wouldn’t have wanted to do this journey with anyone else. 35 x 36 forever and ever. 🧡💙🫶🏽
