Op 17 juli benden in WORM hosten @fuckfugazii , @dekade_lumciszero , @lofidelity.eu , @radio_tornado , @paardenrave en @infinite___pleasure de OCTOPUS stage! Maak kennis met de acts, en zorg dat je er bij bent!

Drummer, producer en dj met een hiphopachtergrond – Momanna’s stijl is snel, ritmisch en fris. Dankzij een brede schaal aan inspiratie draait hij comfortabel al deze stijlen.

SNOOZ @maxsnoozes
Een liefde voor UK garage, house, jungle en speedgarage krijg je er al Brit gratis bij. SNOOZ heeft zijn drumstel gewisseld voor decks sinds hij in Nederland woont, en is sinds dien ‘’knee-deep’’ in de electronische scene.

Acidic Male @acidic____________________male
Puck Schot is interdisciplinair kunstenaar en werkt met poëzie, geluid en performance. Haar werk draait om thema’s als zelfbeeld, schaamte en transformatie. Onder het DJ alias ‘Acidic Male’ combineert ze noise, elektronische muziek en intieme teksten tot een confronterende en reflectieve ervaring.

Vesuvio Vortex @vesuviovortex
Vesuvio Vortex maakt Italo Disco wat je terug doet denken aan een zwoele zomer avond in de hak van Italie. Denk aan Bordello á Parigi, denk aan I-F, David Vunk en Skatebard. Het is een combinatie van eigen nummers en verwerkt met bekendere italo classics.

De OCTOPUS stage bij Eendracht Festival! 🐙

Op 17 juli donderdavond is beneden in WORM de Octopus stage te vinden! Deze stage wordt gehost door Fugazii, Lumc=0, Lo-Fidelity, Radio Tornado, Paardenrave en Infinite Pleasure. Maak je bekend met de hosts, en dan begrijp je dat deze stage crazy zal gaan!

Op 15 maart hadden we Komen met Status te gast in de kleine Koepel. Samen met LUM | C = 0 hebben zin een bijzonder pop-up diner georganiseerd. Een avond waar wereldse smaken en lokale ontmoetingen samen kwamen, met gerechten bereid door Chefs met Status – ex-statushouders en mensen met een migratieachtergrond die Nederland nu hun thuis noemen. 💙🌞Offbeat Records is turning 2! 💙🌞

Another year filled with beautiful records and wonderful people! It’s crazy to think how much has happened since we opened. We truly feel that Offbeat Records has grown into more than just a record store and has become a community of fellow music heads. A place not just to discover and promote music, but also a meeting point for all music enthusiasts out there.

To celebrate our 2nd bday, we’re inviting you all to a weekender of events and parties, between March 29th & 30th!

Here’s our program (tickets in our bio):

Saturday 29/03

INSTORE SESSION (11:00-20:00) | We’re kicking off the weekend with champagne & mimosas, and of course live music provided by your favourite local DJs & party organizers. And yes, there’s no instore without some delicious food! Our very own local chefs, Paco and Stijn will serve up a delicious dinner before we head out to the afterparty!

AFTERPARTY AT TIME IS THE NEW SPACE (20:00-03:00) | No day party without a proper afterparty! After the instore, we’ll all head to our favourite local club for more dancing, a night filled with sets by our amazing crew members!

Sunday 30/03

MOVIE SCREENING & DANCING AT WORM (18:30-22:00) | We’re not done yet! We’re hosting a special last event in collaboration with Rotterdam Art Week at WORM. We’re bringing dub and punk together with a movie screening and a closing DJ set. Join us for a documentary about the late ‘70s movement where activists and musicians united against rising racism and far-right influence in the UK. Through music and protest, they challenged hate. With archival footage and in-depth storytelling, the film captures the energy of the fight.
We’ll wrap up the event properly with one last dance, where punk, dub/reggae, and activism come together in a special DJ set!

Een avond waar wereldse smaken en lokale ontmoetingen samenkomen, met gerechten bereid door Chefs met Status – ex-statushouders en mensen met een migratieachtergrond die Nederland nu hun thuis noemen.

De gerechten die we serveren komen uit landen waar conflict is of is geweest. Door samen te eten, creëren we niet alleen bewustzijn, maar vooral ook verbinding.

Dit diner is een voorproefje op het Koken met Status kookboek, dat eind 2025 verschijnt. We hebben de Chefs met Status gevraagd om gerechten te kiezen die hen herinneren aan hun thuisland. Zodat jullie die nu alvast kunnen proeven.

Hey! If you haven’t made plans for Friday yet, now you have! After a little break, we’re back with our first in-store party of the year! This time, we’re teaming up with our friends and lovely folks from .LUM, who are hosting another one of their incredible interdisciplinary events at ‘De Koepels’ soon. To get you warmed up, they’ve invited some amazing artists, who will also be performing at their next event, to play at our in-store!

Come by Friday (17:00-21:00) for drinks, pizza, dope tunes, and of course… some digging! Loads of fresh records will be hitting the shelves this week (:

On March 15, Koken met Status, in collaboration with LUM | C = 0, is hosting a special pop-up dinner at De Koepels, Rotterdam. An evening of global flavors and local encounters come together, with dishes prepared by Chefs met Status – former status holders and people with a migration background who now call the Netherlands their ‘home’.

The dishes we serve come from countries that have experienced or are experiencing conflict. By sharing these meals, we not only raise awareness but also aim to foster connection.

This dinner is a preview of the Koken met Status cookbook, set to be released at the end of 2025. We asked the Chefs met Status to choose dishes that remind them of their homeland, so you can get a taste of them now.

Ja, dit weer geeft ons echt toxic-belastingadviseursheimwee naar onze zomerse Strandtent (unlimited gratis cappucino deze zondag als dit de titel is geweest van je Spotify daylist deze week).

Gelukkig mogen we morgen tijdens @vintageaandemaas even net alsof doen. Kom jij ook tussen 11 en 17 langs voor wat zonnestralen en minimale belastingvibes?

@dushifood.nl verzorgt een heerlijke homemade lunch die je buiten kan oppeuzelen. We hebben vegan snackies van @thirza.krullenenkruiden voor bij de koffie ☕️🍰
