September was FULL, in the best, busiest and most unexpected ways. 🫶🏾

A huge part of it was finally bringing PGSFEST2026 to life after months of planning. 🥹

So grateful for Kinisha and Denae. Their support keeps me grounded, and when we work together, we always pull off something special. 🫶🏾

Our table number after load-in was 11, the same number as 2011, the year PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT began. Coincidence? I think not. 🥹

Getting to be in the room with so many Sweat Sisters reminded me exactly why we’ve kept doing this for 15 years.

But the month actually started here, with an unexpected trip to the hospital and another reminder that our health really is everything. 🫶🏾

A few days later, five of us climbed Stone Mountain, and yes, I was VERY proud of myself for making it to the top. 😂

I got my workouts in too, including CTR, which is one of my favorite ways to move my body and also one of the hardest.

Of course there was good food, and North Italia continues to be one of my favorites. 😋

And getting to go to church with my mommy made this Sunday extra special. 🫶🏾

There was also A LOT happening behind the scenes as we worked through every last detail for PGSFEST.

So grateful for my fellow founder Jasmine, who partnered with us for PGSFEST and gave me some much-needed advice along the way. 🫶🏾

Then on September 24, PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT officially turned 15 years old. Still can’t believe I get to say that. 🥹

And seeing Adison’s senior poster hanging in the gym made it VERY real that I have a senior. 🥹

Which is how I somehow ended up learning how to do vinyl and pulling THIS together for Volleyball Senior Night. 😂

My parents came straight from Nashville to celebrate her and got to watch both of their granddaughters play that night. 🫶🏾

And my little big sis Michelle came to celebrate our girl too. I love how loved my girls are. 🥹

The Sunday before PGSFEST, I went to church asking God for a sign that everything was going to work out… then the choir walked out wearing our exact event colors. I received my answer. 🥹🙏🏾

And a few days later, THIS happened. Hundreds of women came together to celebrate 15 years of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. 🥹

I don’t even know where to begin. 🥹

Yesterday was bigger, more beautiful and more FUN than I could have imagined. After months of planning and 15 years of building PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT, I got to stand in a SOLD OUT room filled with women laughing, sweating, connecting and celebrating what we’ve built together.

I have SO much to share, but today I’m just sitting in the gratitude of it all.

We did that. 🫶🏾

And we clearly still have a long way to go because your girl is STILL driving the U-Haul. 😂

Week 26 of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Stroll + Speak had us saying HILL YEAH and taking our Sweat Sisterhood all the way to the top of Stone Mountain. 😂⛰️

We stretched, climbed, laughed, talked, took breaks when we needed them, knocked out our 11 push-ups at the summit, meditated, shared what we’re grateful for, and reminded ourselves that some of the best conversations happen while we’re moving. 🤍

Week 25 of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Stroll + Speak started with weighted vests and somehow ended with us touring an open house. 😂 You never really know where these walks will take us.

There are moments in life that just bring you joy and this weekend was one of those. Getting to see former players and families (our village) being fruitful, giving back and multiplying. Wins are great but it’s the lifetime memories that mean more.

Week 24 of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Stroll + Speak had us linking back up at Lenox Park for our Road to PGSFEST2026 walk! From our 11:11 push-up tradition and pull-up challenge to meaningful conversations, new connections, and a post-walk smoothie run that somehow turned into the Electric Slide at Nordstrom, it was another reminder that fitness is always more fun in community. ✔️🤍
