“Some women buy sports cars at 54. I shaved the back of my head.” 😉

At 19, I wanted this cut—buzzed up the back, all attitude.
My hairdresser said no.
Apparently, my hair had to be “ladylike.” 🙄

Life happened. Perimenopause hit, hair thinned, I grew it out.
Then I started a cellular detox journey and my hair came back thicker than a 90’s scrunchie.
And with it… a sweaty neck.

So I called Gina who grabbed the clippers and—bzzz. Hair gone. Neck happy. Me?
I feel like a teenager again… except wiser, bolder, and way less willing to take anyone’s nonsense.

Moral of the story?
Never let someone else’s “no” delay your “HECK YES” for 35 years.
