Time for some behind the scenes breakdowns!! I know this is the one and only thing you have been waiting for your entire life so you better be excited!!! This is a little sneak peak behind the animation and style of Mirage, which happens to be linked in my bio! Go look at it please 🫪 🏜️This shot was originally mocaped by the lovely @sanchitamalik and cleaned up by the help of @joshuachanart The mocap was later used as reference and kept for parts of the shot and key framed for other parts. I avoided this shot like the plague! But it wound up looking pretty sweet. 🏜️Mentored by the wonderful Brenda Chapman(Brave) and Lauren Faust(My Little Pony) @dodgecollege, Mirage is award-winning 3D western thriller. The film follows our heroine Koda who must choose whether to keep running from the shadows that haunt her or face them head-on. Go check it out! Production Design for Commuters! My 5th AP and such a joyous one to end off on. I’m so grateful I got to make a film set in the city I grew up in! This crew was so hardworking and absolutely fantastic to work with. I am especially proud of the subway station we created in a garage, 1,500 hand cut and painted tiles later! Being a little extra and meticulous always works out in the end. The pub, ‘O’dowlings Bar and Grill’ is named after my ancestral clan in Ireland and is so very Bostonian i love it dearly. And the biggest shoutout in the world to my art team and everyone that helped out! You are all spectacular. Yay gay people!
