POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some bedroom DJs do not have a talent problem.
They have a visibility problem.

There are people with real skill who keep themselves hidden for so long that eventually, someone else’s visibility starts feeling like evidence that the industry is against them.

And that’s where self-sabotage can begin 💔

If you say you want a real path in music, at some point you have to leave the safety of private potential and face the discomfort of being seen.

Not because exposure is everything.
And not because the industry is always fair;
But because hiding cannot build the artist you say you want to become.

Sometimes the work has very little to do with DJing.
It’s fear of judgment.
Fear of rejection.
Perfectionism.
Old wounds.
The belief that staying hidden means staying safe.

But eventually, protecting yourself from rejection also protects you from opportunity.

And what you keep avoiding might be the exact door your next chapter is behind.

NEW MUSIC FRIDAY 🧬🎧 | Animarum Recordings & @animarum_black

This week’s New Music Friday moves from groovy House energy and Tech House to full peak-time pressure — four fresh releases across the Animarum universe.

🔺 Animarum Recordings
@marcolecaro – System On Fire
A powerful Peak-Time Techno weapon driven by a rolling bassline, deep drone textures and punchy bass shots. Hypnotic groove and relentless momentum build toward a massive low-end main drop made for high-energy floors.

🪩 Animarum Recordings
@whoistrebuen – TechNA
A groovy Melodic House cut blending funky slap bass, punchy drums and rap-inspired vocals. An evolving arpeggio melody and deep low-end textures bring together groove, melody and pure club energy.

🎧 Animarum Recordings
@habeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeb – Call My Girls / Those Things EP
Two infectious Tech House cuts built around rolling basslines, catchy vocals and punchy grooves. Smooth, energetic and designed to keep the dancefloor moving from start to finish.

🖤 @animarum_black
@delphiunderground & @ariovistus_ofc – I Love You
A raw and groovy Peak-Time Techno weapon powered by a relentless bassline and the hypnotic vocal hook “I Love You.” Stripped-back, direct and built for peak-hour pressure.
