Will AI take our jobs, or will it create opportunities we never imagined?

I believe the bigger question is: Will Africa be ready to take advantage of those opportunities?

Today, I’m excited to join fellow thought leaders at the Blavior Business Conference 2026 to discuss one of the most defining questions of our generation: AI and the Future of Work.

As someone building AI solutions and working with young people across Ghana, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when we move from simply consuming technology to creating it.

I’ve seen students with no computer labs, no expensive equipment, and sometimes just a smartphone begin to build, code, and explore artificial intelligence.

That experience has shaped my conviction:

Africa’s greatest risk isn’t that AI will replace our jobs. It’s that we might miss the opportunity to create the next generation of them.

The future of work isn’t something we should sit back and wait for. It’s something we must actively build.

And Ghana has a real opportunity to lead.

Looking forward to an engaging conversation, bold ideas, and meaningful connections.

The future of AI must not only happen to Africa. It must also be built by Africans.

A smile is more than a facial expression; it’s a reflection of joy, confidence, and the beauty within. ✨💕 Sometimes, all it takes is a genuine smile to light up a room and make a moment unforgettable. 😊💖

At Smiles in Sync 4.0, I came with my smile, my confidence, and my own kind of glow. Because when the smile is genuine, the beauty speaks for itself. 🥰✨ smiling brightly thanks to @zoepremiumdentalcentre

Keep smiling, keep shining, and keep giving the world a reason to smile. 💗🌸
