Ready for War - The Final Battle !

“I’ve crashed, I’ve been pushed to the edge, but a Saiyan only gets stronger after a battle crash. It’s time for a Zenkai boost—Kaioken x20! We fight until the end.”

1:37.04 around @weathertechraceway ⏱️
If you listen closely, you can hear the missed shift that threw away a 1:36. Still managed to take the ClubTR track record with it, but couldn’t quite put a clean lap together during Podium Sprint to take the top step—ended the weekend P2 overall.
Bittersweet leaving some on the table, but hauling out west and walking away with a new class record and hardware makes the drive worth every mile.
Next time we find that 36.

After being off pace day one of Nationals, Frankie put in the work (like always) and made the car handle better. He was able to do an alignment on the rear of the Corvette allowing it to use some of the @katech_inc power. I was able to set quick time of the CAM cars on day two and trim down the gap.

I am happy this year, Frankie’s second year of coming to Nationals he was able to bring home a trophy.

One person and vehicle combo that I’d been dying to see for years was @regularassmustang and his very cool Mustang! It’s always hard to see the vehicles from the opposite coast as there are so many cool cars out West but this year they made the trip to @umimotorsportspark for KOTM this year! Had a great time talking to Matt for a few minutes Thursday evening before things began! The car is also so nice and photos can’t capture that until you see it in person! @ford @fordracing @fordmustang @mustang_lifestyle @mustanghubmag @mustang_zones_only @protouringdotcom @protouring @qa1motorsports @maximummotorsports @cortexracing @modularmotorsportsracing @ossparts @ajhartmanaero @exedyusa @delta.abs @wilwoodracing @wilwooddiscbrakes @downforcecoaching @optimabatteries #ford #umimotorsportspark #umikingofthemountain #mustang #leyt5photography

Let us know what you think happened to the motor on Day 2 @umimotorsportspark King of the Mountain. Trackside Diagnosis: No engine codes, wiring seems fine, plugs and coil packs ✔️, cylinder 6 possibly not firing.

57.33 around @limerockpark @gridlifeofficial time attack club tr. There is a bonus second lap that's even faster up till a catastrophic failure on the car in front of me at the least convenient time for both of us. It's disappointing but failures like this happen without warning and it's just part of it. Hate that this ended the other guys weekend more than I hated I lost the time. The fast time was the last session of the day. Next year we will hit 56.

My fastest pass of Day 1 at @umimotorsportspark King of the Mountain 2026 just clipping a silly cone turning into the infield from the banking a hair too early

Over the last few days we attended @goodguysrodandcustom in Pleasanton. The weather was perfect, the Autox was happening and smiles were made. I was able to pull off a win in the @nolimitengineering truck class and first in the shootout. @s10_images has really stepped it up making his little s10 quick around the course. I decided to bring the Z out of hiding after two years on 3 year old tires, two blown shocks and an electrical gremlin that I have now diagnosed. Took TTD of the event and won the class but missed the shootout win by a tenth. Gave about twenty rides this weekend to several clients, friends and my son. I want to give a shout out to my buddy @no_end_customs for coming out to his first @goodguysax experience and he had a blast. Congrats on a great finish as well sir. I was happy to also debut the Firebird project that we have been working on with a ton of help from everyone but especially @quik7t for putting countless hours to make it just right. I enjoy these types of events because of the memories made with friends, making new friends, giving rides to helpers and cone shaggers and just enjoy cars. Thank you to all my friends and family that make these types of weekends possible and thank you to my sponsors for making this Blazer one of the fastest in the nation. @Nolimitengineering @wilwooddiscbrakes @millerbuiltusa @jongbloed_racing_wheels @rickstanks @autometerproducts @fhdaileymotorsports @fhdailey_performance @marcusfryracing @square_one_vintage @rondavis_racingproducts @cktruckmag @silversporttransmissions @vikingperformance @southbaydriveline @automotivecolor_ @mcleod_racing @tlysak @prpseats @summitracing @amsoilinc @gsrsynthetics @amsoilinc @xtremekustomdetails @will_mrclutch @falkentire @optimabatteries @smoken96 @fbellot @c10clubbayarea @magnaflow @autometaldirect @_ryanagan @brindlejerry @toohighpsi @turboneticsinc @turbosmarthq @dm_engine_dynamics @briantooleyracing @renegadefuel @no_end_customs @letmecoatit @delta.abs

Fantastic event @gridlifeofficial Time Attack Club TR @limerockpark. Finished p2 with a 57.333 !!! Championships are won when no one is looking. I was recently told that quote and it's been the most relevant thing I've heard in a while. This p2 represents hours of hard work that will never be seen. Work that may not even make sense to most. It's not just a plastic trophy. It's a symbol of the effort it took to achieve it. Thanks to my wife for tolerating this thing that lives inside me. This thing that tugs on my soul. Without her support it would not be the same. I still have a long way to go as a driver and with the car to get where we need to be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to those that have helped me along the way.
