HEY BALTIMORE!!!

A few weeks ago, I got back from the most meaningful experience that I have ever had the privilege of attending, ILTC 🎉🎉
I made so many new friends and learned valuable lessons about being a leader within BBYO and outside of it❤️

A few of my favorite moments were:
Barry’s Bloop!
Saturday night havdallah around the Perlman tree 🌳🌳
Winning Maccabiah! 💙🎶
Meeting new friends from around the world 😊

I am so excited for this upcoming year (starting off with an INCREDIBLE kickoff 🎮 that EVERYONE should go register for) and to use the new skills I learned to help better our community!

ILTC was such a special experience for me and it can be for you too! 🫵

Please reach out to Ryan abd I about any questions you might have about summer programs!!

WHAT’S UP SHEMESH?! It’s Mia and I just had the amazing opportunity to go International Kallah! This is experience is so hard to put into words. ✌️🌳🌟💟

From the meaningful programs, Friendships I made and got closer with, Finding more about my jewish identity, hearing from speakers and educators from all over the globe to the smallest moments of laughs and hugs. 🫂

You truly make some of your best friends that last a lifetime. I am so sad to leave them all, but I know I am leaving with excitement to see them again and
with so many memories! 🤍

My advice to those going on Kallah or are thinking of going, One GO. You won’t regret it! But more importantly, you get out what you put into it. Go to things you’re interested in, Get involved with planning that Shabbat or Havdallah, Try a ritual you don’t normally do at home, Don’t be afraid to branch out and make new friends and memories it will make your experience amazing. I hope to see you all on a summer program in the future! 🫧☘️🌼❤️‍🔥

Hey Delta 🔼‼️It’s Emma, your 79th Mit Mom🤱, and I wanted to share my summer ☀️experience with you 🫵. Hailing from @krigerbbg I went ✈️ on ILTC and had the BEST time 🥳. ILTC is a 3-week overnight experience 🏕️ where everyone is empowered to raise their voices 🗣️ and really gain their full leadership potential. I’m bringing back SO many new skills and connections 🤝 to be able to reach as many Jewish teens as possible, while focusing on what has never been done before.

My favorite part of ILTC was Shabbat ✡️. From praying as one community🙏, to hearing the Rabbi’s weekly tisch, to Havdalah around the Perlman tree🌲, it was the perfect way to end each week ⭐️. Our theme "If not now, when" ⏰ rings so true. Taking action, stepping up, and helping to grow BBYO 🫶 are all things we strive towards every day. If you’re considering going on ILTC (which you SO should 🔜), I would tell you to make sure you are taking advantage of every opportunity you’re given💪. While 3 weeks might seem like a while, it goes by in the blink of an eye 👀, so embrace it 🫂!!

If you have ANY questions🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️about summer experiences, reach out 📞! I cannot wait to see all of our Delta 🐻 bears when we start 🏁 back up!

Delta, what an honor it has been to help guide us through some of our greatest successes this past year. I feel so grateful to have been granted this opportunity and work with everyone to constantly remind myself of why I love this organization so much. I appreciate every single person who I’ve met through bbyo and how they’ve helped shaped me and the way I lead as well as the people who set a precedent for our region and helped us get to where we are today. I have so much love for this region and I know that the future is in great hands with my bestest friend @_lillylapidus !!!

No words can describe how much I’ll miss this forever home, so please, future leaders, take care of our community, the Jewish world needs us Southern Jews🥹

Also, I hope for many many years to come you guys continue to see my face on your steering or network calls… a part of me is still here always😉

Submitted with an undying love for Magic City bbg #186, Delta Region #72, purple and yellow, green and blue, AND EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU, I forever remain Aubrey Paige Engel, a damn proud N’siah and even prouder B’nai Brith Girl💜💛💚💙

Thank you for everything Delta I love you forever❤️
