I came for the food but stayed for the vibes 🤪🔥

And Jerk & Jollof Fest definitely delivered on BOTH 🙂‍↕️

From the food, to the music, to running into friends everywhere I turned - it was honestly just a beautiful day of culture and community here in Edmonton 🫶

Day 2/3 - Heritage Festival

I discovered @delysflavors 🍨🍦i mean the flavours are IMPECCABLE

My main surprise though, even though i am lactose intolerant, this one didn’t gave me any stomach issues or any discomfort i usually go through when i eat dairy products 😀

Le Nkwi, le Taro - if you know those traditional Cameroon 🇨🇲 meals then you understand my excitement 🙂‍↕️ - If not, then i strongly recommend you to stop by their shop or have someone from Cameroon make that meal for you. - GOD have mercy upon US #iykyk

Remember, Health is about balance not “Restriction” to a specify food group or meal.
