#TOWNHOUSEDesign @de_maurizio tells the story of the elegant Ballerina Chair, designed by Herbert Ohl and manufactured by Matteo Grassi. A piece that speaks softly through form, balance, and restraint.

With its delicate appearance, the chair reveals a thoughtful tension between lightness and function. Crafted from various metals and finished in leather, the design feels refined and precise, where every line serves both beauty and purpose.

An exceptional example of modern design, the Ballerina Chair reminds us that true elegance often lies in simplicity, craftsmanship, and enduring functionality.

1927 Egyptian Revival in the heart of Metro San Diego

We are very excited to share some photos & details of our new brokerage office, meets vintage modern furniture shop, meets art gallery.

Located in the heart of urban San Diego, where Hillcrest, North Park & Martson Hills meet, this historic building, originally used as a meat shop in the 1930’s, offers the perfect community feel for the people and properties we represent.

Founders @_jeffwalker & @jessimakeda and vintage modern dealer @vintagemodernsd came together to create a space that was unique, welcoming and promoted a collaborative spirit.

Mid-century modern furniture, art, and decor fill the space. Some vintage pieces came from homes you may have even seen before.

Our gallery is currently showcasing the incredible photos of @jschulmanphotography and his work in San Diego.

Additional images and stories to come shortly as we share more about our new space, the neighborhood, and its stores, people and architecture.

Follow our shop page @theshop.agentsofarch for curated vintage modern offerings.

Feel free to stop by anytime to support local vendors, artists, neighbors, and chat about cool properties and furnishings.

Many thanks to our current agents @modern_sandiego @danijelaripley @modernsandiegoproperties , to those who will be joining us soon, and to our expansive network of like-minded agents whom we are continuously inspired by.
