We saw @wutheringheightsmovie last night & I SOBBED😭🖤 It was absolutely everything I dreamed it would be, this is easily going to be my favorite movie release this year! Despite being a slight different than story from the book, @emerald_fennell1 made it absolutely breathtaking, and made it what some of us were thinking while reading it🤭 Every frame was a work of art and I couldn’t have imagined a better Cathy & Heathcliff than Margo & Jacob! ALSO @charli_xcx with the soundtrack?! Unreal🙌🏼 I would watch this film over & over, I seriously recommend watching this asap!🖤

Dough:
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 3/4 cup milk, warmed to about 110F or less
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar. (divide 1 tbsp out for yeast)
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup unflavored Greek yogurt room temp
- 1/2 cup salted butter (almost melted)
- 2 eggs room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp salt
Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- A drizzle heavy cream
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour & salt. Set aside.

Activate yeast by pouring the warm milk into a small bowl and microwaving for 40 seconds. Add 1 tbsp of the granulated sugar & sprinkle the yeast on top. Stir lightly & allow to sit for 5-7 mins, until frothy.

Once activated, pour the yeast mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer and Add the rest of the granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unflavored Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of butter, 2 room temp eggs, 1tsp vanilla, and your flour. Use a spatula to stir lightly until barely combined, then let flour soak up the ingredients for about 5 mins.
While you wait, make your cinnamon filling by mixing the 1/2 cup very soft butter, 1 cup light brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon, and 1tsp vanilla bean paste in a separate small bowl and set aside.

mix your dough on medium speed for 5-7 mins, until the dough is elastic and smooth, it starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl when it’s ready. Grease the bowl and cover your dough, let it rise in a warm environment for 30-45 mins.

Grease a 9x13” baking pan with butter, roll out your dough and spread the cinnamon filling evenly all over the dough, then spread the apple pie filling on top in an even layer, slightly pressing the apple chunks down into the cinnamon filling.
Cut your dough into strips about 2” in width, tightly roll them up and place them into the prepared baking pan.
Cover them up again and let them proof for 25-30 mins, until puffy.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then raise the heat to 375°F and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool for 5 minutes, frost and enjoy.
