🔥 Welcome Demi to the team!

A big welcome to my newest client, Demi! 💪

Demi's goal is to build strength and confidence through weightlifting, while developing the skills and fitness to support her Muay Thai training. Together we'll be combining strength sessions with weekly Muay Thai coaching to build a solid foundation that she can take with her when she moves overseas.

The aim isn't just to get stronger—it's to create the confidence, knowledge, and motivation to keep training wherever life takes her.

Looking forward to seeing your progress over the coming weeks. Let's get to work! 🥊🏋️‍♀️

Found these gems while digging through my old laptop a shoot in France that still makes me smile.
We really thought we were professionals 😂

So many phases, shifts, and versions of ourselves over the past 14 years, growing together, listening to one another and helping each other.

More life, more laughs & more crazy stories to come sister🌼🌼🦋🦋

(This post was meant to be on ur birthday but I couldn’t find the cable of the old computer 🤣🤣🤣)

Life lately ☀️✨🎨

Life lately. 🌼☀️💛

_________________________

One thing I often talk about during my consultations is: our environment. The most important element, in my perspective, when it comes to feeling good.
Have you ever wondered if where you live positively, or negatively, effects how you feel? If the people around you elevate you, or bring you down? If your environment recharges you, or exhausts you?

Living against the current is what I did for years. Setting a pace for myself that wasnt doing me any favours, working in a job that made me lethargic, living in a city that exhausted me and being around people with whom I had to play a role, rather than be my true self.

Coming back to Barcelona was a risky choice, but now more than ever, I needed to come back to my happy place again. An environment which gives me all the sweetness and joy that life has to offer, things that were difficult for me to find when I was alone.

And you, where is your safe place?
