(PIPE BOMB pt3)

You ultimately can’t lie to yourself. It’s all about your hearts intent when it comes to why you do things and that’s between you and God. Once you come to peace with that, you can begin to show the real you and the rest will fall into place.

So wear that shirt
Go to that show
Do the thing you tell yourself you would be doing if no one was watching
Post the pic
Blast the song
Tell the person that owes you nothing that you love them

Too many people quit early because the world and people tell them they’re too old.

You only have one life. Do the things you love doing. Do the things you want to do. Do the things that excite you.

OVERDOSE IS NOT THE END!

YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER!

If you’re struggling, Call me! Txt me! I got you!

Solo for bench press again today so I put the safety racks at the height I need if I get in trouble and hooked up my resistance bands. The bands ad 41 lbs per side at lockout point ( according to my luggage scale ) … another week of noticing a good strength jump in the repaired tricep.
My top paused press was with 265 ( 347 lbs with the bands ) and I basically locked it out but then had problems getting the right side back into the J hooks after they had swung back out of the way ( and that’s why we use the safety racks👌 )
I hit all other sets and attempts with no racking issues. 337 went up pretty damn easy right before the 347… also did reverse grip multi-grip bar for sets of 10 and then finished off with 3 sets of dips ( 20+ reps ) - I will be strapping plates around my waist the next time I do these for sure 💪

Still weighing a consistent 228 - 230 lbs. think I might have plateaued on the weight drop and I’m happy about that😎

Today, I’m wearing this for Paul, for myself, and for everyone who has struggled with mental health, lost someone to suicide, or been affected by it in ways others may never understand.

I see you. You are not alone. 💜 👉🏼 Check out the link 🔗 in my bio!!

A little combo post of bench and deadlift rack pulls.. paused bench sets ( multiple ) with 255 and 285, then some dips… for pull day is did doubled over resistance band low racks. With the bands added to the bar weight it’s another 160 lbs at lockout ( luggage scale verified ). Sets are 525 x 5, 615 x 2, and 600 x 1 ( shirtless 😳🤷‍♂️🤣 )
Really happy with the pulls since I weighed 229 right before the session💪😎
