Manifesting Misery was written as a cry for help from someone taking medications to feel “normal”. In today's society, Psychiatrists would rather feed you medications than try to help you find alternative ways of coping with mental illness. I think it’s the wrong way of going about it. I’m NOT saying it’s bad to take medications either, sometimes it’s the ONLY thing that will help with certain mental illnesses. But I believe that there are much healthier alternatives to coping with mental illness than taking pills.

Myself, I struggle with Bipolar Disorder and it’s really hard to enjoy life when the highs of life are high and the lows of life are low. So I find making music and graphic design as a perfect outlet for me to help myself coast through those constant mood swings. I encourage others to try to find something that they’re passionate about and let that be their ‘medication’ but also at the same time be realistic. If you’re struggling badly with your illnesses and nothing helps. Please reach out for help, even if it’s taking medication to help stabilize you.

⏳|We’ve been down this road a thousand times
Heard every lie that they can prescribe
We are truly sick and In need of help
But where is it?

Marcus part:
I woke up in hell
I can’t bare the smell
With nothing left to tell
I rot in my well|⌛️
