Connecting movement to the decisions that improve performance.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What if you could actually SEE how your body is moving instead of guessing? 👀

After almost 24 years of coaching, I’ve learned to notice the little things: where we compensate, where one side moves differently than the other, where stability disappears, and where the body finds another way to get the job done.

Now I have technology that helps me measure what I’m seeing.

And I’m bringing it to the Celebration Health Expo this Saturday!

I’ll take you through 4 quick movement screens and show you what we find. Then you’ll receive your results + a follow-up with me where we’ll identify your top 3 movement priorities and what to work on next.

Because the data can show us the WHAT.

My job is to help you understand the NOW WHAT.

And because Age Strong is also about staying active, adventurous, and connected to the people we love, I thought we should have a little fun with this. 😂

👯 Tag the friend you plan on causing trouble with well into your 80s.

When you do:

💰 Show me your tag at the Expo and get $20 OFF your $50 Movement Assessment. That makes it just $30.

🎟️ PLUS, you’ll BOTH be entered to win a FREE Movement Assessment.

Tag more than one partner in crime? Each tag = another raffle entry.

📍 Celebration Health Expo
🗓 Saturday, Sept. 19
⏰ 9am to 1pm

Come find The Age Strong Project and let’s find out what your movement has to tell us.

Stronger Every Decade. ⚓️

*Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entries close Sept. 19 at 1pm ET. Winner will be selected after the Expo and contacted directly by The Age Strong Project.*

The way you move matters just as much as how you look.

A movement scan goes beyond watching you exercise—it uses AI-powered 3D motion analysis to measure how your body actually moves.

In minutes you'll receive objective data on:

✔️ Mobility
✔️ Stability
✔️ Balance
✔️ Joint efficiency
✔️ Movement quality
✔️ Left vs. right asymmetries

Whether you're training for performance, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to move pain-free, your movement tells a story.

Stop guessing.
Start measuring.

🧪 Testing out functional mobility with Kailey on the @demotuapp

Super excited to offer this service to my athletes moving forward to help us understand where there may be disruption in mobility and how to properly plan on top of that.

We aim to build a more agile, hostile and mobile athlete and with the information we’re able to receive after a series of assessments, will enable us to do that and more.

Here’s a quick snippet of OH squat assessment and the percentage of each area.

The app also gives a detailed description for each area.

More on this soon.
