Do you rotate?

Having more movement in your thoracic spine will help you become a better dancer. Try these lateral and rotational exercises to improve mobility and performance.

Let’s do these in our Friday Dance and Stretch class at 10am @thestudiokgff To book any class follow the link in the bio.

Word.

This is true of the routines I choreograph/teach and you learn/master. Once you get the first step the rest will follow. It may take a bit of perseverance, but you’ll get there.

Tagging some people who have recently taken those first steps into dance.

For the whole of October, I will be inviting as many people as possible to either join me in a skipping challenging in aid of Cancer Research UK or to sponsor me to complete it please! I’m roping (boom boom) my kids and @robfisher8907 into it. Let’s see how that goes!

I will be skipping 100 times per day + 100 sit ups per day. FYI, I can’t skip… The latter I can do and is optional. If you come to any of Neon Fuel Dance’s classes I will be doing 50 skips before class and 50 after.

Skip over to Neon Fuel’s Justgiving page which you can find in my bio. Feel free to do the challenge and use the Neon Fuel justgiving page to add your sponsorship funds if you don’t want the hassle of setting up your own page. We have all been or are touched by the big C so doing something positive can only be a good thing.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Let’s make it fun! Let’s up the ante! And lets raise some cash!

A wise friend of mine once said:-

‘If you’re homophobic/transphobic you’re a c*nt.’ Not sure there’s much more to add to that! 🌈

I was celebrating #pride with my kids this weekend in my rainbow @rixo skirt aptly named Thalia! We made rainbow flags and danced around to lots of classic Pride anthems. Thanks @wildfoxcouture for my gorgeous pride t shirt. Great to dance in. 🌈

I hope you had a bold, colourful and proud weekend celebrating love. ❤️ 💗 🌈 💜 🪩
