What happens at Salsa & Flow classes,

Doesn’t stay at salsa & flow classes…

The way you approach your dancing is the way you approach your life. Be brave. Get out of your comfort zone. Smile. Connect with others. Stop apologising for doing your best. Laugh more. Don’t take it too seriously. Dance like no one is watching. Don’t forget to have fun!

Thank you to all those that chose to join us on this fine sunny evening @flowstatehove

Unexpected gifts and displays of kindness can bring such joy to both the giver and the receiver of the gift. A huge thank you and hugs to my lovely client and friend @dena1641 for your love and kindness today after class. Dena surprised me today by coming back to @create_wimbledon after her Reformer class. She had been to buy me these beautiful flowers. My favourite colour and flower. I ended up with tears of joy and gratitude. Gosh, I ❤️ my job so much! I hate even calling it a job because it’s not. It’s my love, my passion and honour to serve my lovely clients every day. I don’t ever plan to retire! .

Been tagged by some beautiful souls to #sdy ... Sorry if it took me a while! And since its #forearmfriday I thought it only fitting to do a little pincha post class, thanks for thinking of me 😘 it genuinely warms my heart! Now I would like to pass it on to @slmquilt and @yogamand to maybe bust out a move together? Have a lovely weekend everyone!

This is technically a day late but maybe every day should be woman's day! I consider myself incredibly lucky to have connected with so many strong, inspiring women through the awesomeness that is yoga! I learn from you every day, I love hearing your stories, you make my belly ache with laughter ... My life is indefinitely richer because I have met you 😘 love you ladies 👊👊👊

Day 82 of #handstand365 I have seen my #handstandcrew do this and had to give it a go, whilst still scary it's not nearly as terrifying as when I first tried it in the earlier days of this yearlong #handstand adventure! A testament to what daily #practice can achieve ☺️
