43 years young and I DO WHAT I WANT! 😂💪🏾🔥

HYROX said burpees…
I said, “That’s adorable.” 😭😂

I power walked.🏃🏾‍♀️
I pushed. 💪🏾
I pulled. 😮‍💨
I hit them waves 🌊 welll I am the wave 😜 💦
I rowed 🚣🏽‍♀️
I survived. 🙌🏾

But BURPEES?! Baby, I have learned that NO is a complete sentence. 🤣🤣

So yes… beginners run through mock HYROX-ish 😂 with @deneice85 THANK YOU 🙏🏽💛🙌🏽🙇🏽‍♀️
Minus the burpees because my knees, this back, and this good sense said, “Ma’am… absolutely not.” 😭

Still Strong. Still Moving. Still Sexi. Still 43. 💅🏾💪🏾🔥

Burpees @s.h.a.k_fit you got this QUEEN 👑

I put in work before worship service 🥰 Happy Sunday

Ooh wee today I met a strong @deneice85 woman …idk how she been walking around like that..fascia was so restricted it was limiting her flexion ramge of motion at the knee…we loosened up the most most restricted hamstrings and glutes I’ve worked on in along time, allowing for better range of motion and relaxed hamstrings and glutes …

She gonna have that Pro card in 16weeks…

Silverbackfitt Familia 🔥🦍
Family isn’t always blood—it’s loyalty, love, and the community that stands with you. #silverbackfam#vitalityfam#100menbuildtostand Missed the start of open gym, so I didn’t catch everyone—but love my familia always ❤️
