Kool Keith in Aberdeen, Scotland (2006)

Kool Keith brought the heat to Scotland in '06. He was part of huge line up for the Triptych Festival that took place in Glascow, Aberdeen and in Edinburgh. In Aberdeen he was at The Lemon Tree which is where these photos were taken at. Now I think that there were also photos taken of his set in Glascow and even a video of him saying goodnight, but those have as far as I know been completely lost. If anyone still has these then i'd love to see them 🙌

Kool Keith warming up backstage before going on stage (2010)

Here's some dope footage of Keith backstage getting ready to hit the stage. I wonder if he still does this little backstage ritual/routine 🤔 it's cool tho man! He's locked in!! 😎

I also wanna say that this is one of my favorite outfits that Keith has ever pulled off. The scarf headpiece look is super iconic and it's kind of a shame that he stopped wearing it. But ay man it's all good tho cuz Keith wants to keep it fresh and always do something different and unique 🔥 a true artist visually and lyrically! Also shout out to Denis Deft cuz he's the shit too!
