You don’t…you join to get fit 🔥💪🏽

At Fitness Is. every workout can be adapted to suit your ability.

What a beautiful morning we had! 🌞

A big thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined Laura and me today for a morning of movement and mindfulness — one sweaty hour of fitness 💦 followed by a relaxing hour of yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️

We forgot to get piccies of the homemade goodies, but they were yummy! On the menu: sweet potato, date, dark choc & seed energy muffins and a classic banana & choc chip bread - delish 🤤

We hope you enjoyed the morning as much as we did. Keep your eyes peeled for our next event! 👀🥰

Great night courtesy of @gill.meller and @sandridgebarton. Some delicious plates of food - crab and egg, who knew !!! Unfortunately had to leave before the cheese course as needed to catch the ferry but they kindly packed our pudding up so we could enjoy it at home.

Well that was another awesome Dartmouth Food Festival and its 20th anniversary to boot 🥂

Some of our many highlights -

The celebration cookbook launch and the amazing positive response to it.
The sun shining all weekend.
Catching up with old friends
A fabulous coffee tasting by Shane Holland
A delicious wine tasting trip on the river on the Fizzboat with the lovely Will Lyons and family
Getting nerdy about good bread with Jimi and Flavia.
The incredible volunteers who work so hard to put the festival on

Huge thanks to @warringtonanna for the photos. As ever too distracted to take many/any.

THE BIG REVEAL

So very exciting and emotional to finally see our Anniversary cookbook in our hands!!

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in the writing, researching, compiling, recipe writing, editing, searching for photos from when we didn’t have phone cameras, recipe testing, food photo taking, prop sourcing, food styling, designing, sponsorship, fundraising, crowdfunding, prize donation, note taking, multiple tasting sessions, cake making, coffee and tea brewing, wine drinking, decision making, frantic messaging early and late, emergency ingredient drop offs and delicious meetings (we did it for the food!)

All proving we have an amazing, passionate team around us who truly believe in what we do here @dartmouthfoodfestival

What an 18 months this project has been, special thank you to @mydelishdevon who had the idea in the first place and has worked so very hard 😘 We did it!

Join us next week to celebrate at our 20th @dartmouthfoodfestival 25th - 27th October

Lots more people to mention, stay tuned…
