On this #TalkAboutItTuesday let's talk about #Gratitude!

It's funny how we don't always see ourselves but others do...One of my girlfriends was simply speaking and reminded me of what God has done in just a short time... All answered prayers... my proverbial jaw dropped and all I could say was "Oh snap!"

I'm grateful God is still in the business of answering prayers! I'm sure He's been up there looking at me like "SMH This one!" 🤣 I stopped running and finally postured my heart to receive all that He's been trying to get to me and He's not withholding any good thing! That's His grace and mercy and favor! I'm grateful for it all!

Family of Families……. I have so many precious relationships in my life!! I’m so thankful for what each person adds to my life!! I could not capture the treasure these people have been in my life but I’m reminded daily of the love God has for me because of WHO I’m surrounded by. I found my tribe in Christ😭🙌🏽😍🥰

I grew up in a part of lil Haiti where I spent nights serenaded by gunshot lullabies and police siren melodies. I didn't know how long I'd live or what kind of person I'd grow up to be so when I turned 18 one of the first contracts I ever signed was life insurance that I purchased from @btweety ...
I was just glad to have made it and wanted to make sure if I didn't see another year, my people wouldn't have to figure things out... That was 20 years ago... Since then I've made so many plans for my life only for God to order my steps, sometimes in a completely different direction. Each time saving me from my own foolishness or someone else's. He moved me away from all I had ever known, yet showed me I would never be alone. He knew I had a hard time trusting others, yet He gave me His people and showed me what His true love for me looks like through discipleship. He broke off those generational curses and chains that held me bound to poverty, depression, death and destruction and he built up an eternal legacy through me in Christ Jesus. Moreover, God has given me LIFE and LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY. He promised that my latter would be greater and here we are... 20 years later... In the midst of a whole "panorama" God gave me a new contract to sign...
