What does a beautiful future look like?

Maybe it starts with giving ourselves the space to imagine one.

The Beautiful Futures Gathering was one of those days that reminded me how powerful it is when people come together with intention.

Stories were shared.
Questions were asked.
Bodies moved.
People grounded themselves in nature.
Strangers became part of conversations they might never normally have.

I had the privilege of sharing my own story — about Jamaica, Africa, identity, Sankofa, and what it has meant for me to look backwards in order to understand where I’m going.

Because sometimes the future isn’t something we need to invent.

Sometimes we have to return to what we’ve forgotten.

To community.
To connection.
To the earth.
To each other.
To ourselves.

A beautiful future isn’t just something we wait for.

It’s something we gather together and create. 🌍✨

So… I had to live it.

And I’m SO glad I did 💛

Electric atmosphere.
Brilliant people.

Last week at the @wolvesgrand was special. The first In-House panto in years, and it was absolutely SICK. The script, the talent, the production levels. Top Tier. It was proper Wolverhampton excellence.

Seeing homegrown heroes like @zakdouglas and Codsall lad @solomondavy sharing the stage with stars like @georgiaiudicadavies and a powerhouse like @thedannybeard? BRAP!

Then we took the vibe over to @space.wlv for the afters. Where @denisepitter provided the perfect soundtrack for such a high energy production! Good people, good energy, and a lot of building for 2026.
