Pomodori
Gamberetti
Peperoni
Pesci crudi e cotti
Asado
Salumi
Gesti
Lasagne
Ravioli
E ovviamente una parte enologica infinita

In this Argentine-Ashkenazi family, birthday parties are for everyone, no matter their age.

When Denis Polansky was little, her grandmother, or Bobe Haydee as she’s known in the family, would make corn-filled empanadas, coconut tart, and a cake with coffee and honey for the parties.

Later, the tradition and recipes passed to her mother, and more recently to Denis and her siblings. “The food is part of who I am,” @denispolansky says.
