Always such a joy revisiting a favorite. There’s a new exec head chef of sushi here! @denni.cha Hailing from a prestigious omakase spot, he has joined the Ghama crew just this month 🙌🏻

I call this the “Hers” donburi because I always order it.
Hotate Ikura Uni donburi.
They are generous with the uni! I love the sides it comes with and you can make little hand rolls.

Salmon kiwi Summer Salad! 🥗 Tart, sweet, and bursting with tangy flavor. A must-try if you like Salmon. I believe it’s new and not on menu yet - please ask your server for details.

I call this the “His” donburi because hubby always orders it.
Premium Tekka Don full of all the different cuts of tuna: Akami, otoro, and negitoro

Also comes with sides too!

The beef rib soup! We usually order this and the Bossam + Dino Rib but, heads up that due to popularity, both the Bossam and Dino rib sold out by 5:30pm Sun.
I love how generous they are with the ribs in this dish.

Had to miss out on a lot of fishing this year, but so grateful for the time I did get to spend with my friends.

Hotate Hokkaido Scallop
Harvested from the cool, kelp-rich waters of Hokkaido, these scallops naturally help filter and sustain the ocean’s ecosystem. Because the surrounding waters are largely self-sufficient, the result is a scallop that’s exceptionally healthy, sweet, and creamy.

We accentuate this with a black sesame emulsion, compressed orange, fresh chive, and sea salt from Bali.
