We’re building out a new office (my dad is doing most of the handiwork himself!). Can’t wait to work there with my dad and sister @predent.kc. Here’s a video that my brother @garretttaira made of my other brother @dtairaaa in the chair a while ago. Also appearing is one of my assistants @oliviasteph, who was accepted into the University of Maryland Dental School! Congrats Olivia!

Hi, my name is Casey (she/her)! I’m graduating with a degree in Studio Art and I’m also pre-dental. I joined T4C during the pandemic in Spring 2021 because I wanted to feel more connected to the community through volunteering! My first site was Kids Achieve Club, and watching kids grow to love reading was incredibly heartwarming. Since then I’ve volunteered at other sites like Campus Pantry and CASA Mi Espacio, which were also fun to be part of. I’m glad I get to wrap up my final semester at UMD as a coordinator for T4C :) Along with volunteering for our community partners, I enjoyed discussing how our experiences related to various societal issues in dialogue. From my time with T4C, I’ve gained a clearer picture of how I can get involved —and stay involved —in communities to create sustainable change. Outside of T4C, I’m also involved in Global Dental Brigades. Fun Fact: I’m finishing my journey with T4C as a coordinator for the same site I started my journey at! #t4c #seniorspotlight
