Someone told me I reminded them of George St. Pierre. I think there is definitely some similarity, even though he is 32 and I’m 60!!

Obligatory selfie on an awesome day for riding. Mountain biked yesterday, so today was a road day. Training good and hard for ANW, and for the Pittsburgh Dirty Dozen hill climb in November 🚵💪🤙

Got a bit of a quad pump mountain biking today. Not a great pic, but in another week or two the veins should be standing out like garden hoses.
I may as well post this here but the whole idea behind what I've been doing for the last two months is to get into killer awesome shape so that I can get on to American Ninja Warrior next season. I'm leaning out and increasing my strength and flexibility through really intense aerobic and anaerobic training, as well as working on increasing proprioception and kinesthetic sense.

I am well on my way to this goal, and honestly I could probably complete any of the courses right now. What I need to do now is work on a good video that highlights all of my skills and provides a good human interest story. Stay tuned. I will document progress pictures and videos as I make my way along this journey. 💪🚵🏋️‍♀️🖖
