Thank you, Galesburg Tennis. 🎾❤️
What started as something extra to do my sophomore year turned into a sport I truly love. I had never picked up a racket before joining, so I never expected tennis to become such a meaningful part of my high school experience.
From winning my first varsity match to all the practices, matches, laughs, and memories in between, I’m so grateful for every moment. I’m especially thankful for the friendships this sport gave me and the people I’ve met along the way. We were hoping to make it to state this year, but unfortunately, we just couldn’t make it happen. Even so, I’m so proud of everything we accomplished together.
It’s crazy to think that this is my last year of tennis. I’m sad to say goodbye, but even more grateful that I got to be a part of it.

Even though we didn’t end this season how we wanted, playing for 3 years with all of these girls will forever be the highlight of my life. Losing 13 seniors in one season isn’t easy, & with all my heart il miss all of you next year. Every one of my teammates taught me something new & i’ll forever cherish it. Until next year 🤍

What started as a group of girls playing tennis turned into so much more than that. You all became people I could laugh with, make memories with, and count on both on and off the court. Through every win, loss, stressful match, and funny moment, you made this experience so special. Thank you for making these years unforgettable! I guess that means court is adjourned💕
