More often than not the answer is simple and not what people want to hear. I think social media has created so many specialists that can give intricate answers so that they can create this gate keeping mentality or superiority complex so that way they can keep SELLING. When in reality once again the answer is usually fairly simple. 🤷🏻‍♂️ statistically what’s been working for years still works. Very rarely do we need to deep dive into the intricacies of complex movement patterns, injuries, etc. and when we do it’s usually for the top 1 percent because at that level time is of the essence. And even then your modifications to their movement/program/protocol might only make them .5% better. When it comes to general population and basically 99% of the world, the simple stuff still works.

Memory lane with @derek.cov (boosteds2k) Although this wasn't the first or last cover car I've done, it certainly was a memorable one. Photo by @elite_typer for @pasmag #grabbagofice #sfc #boosteds2k #crollscutoms
