We have been so busy on projects and getting the new space ready that we almost missed celebrating our 3 year milestone! Thank you to all of our clients and partners who have helped us get here. It’s hard to believe it’s been 3 years already but we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far and we’ve got some exciting things in the works. We can wait to show you what this next year brings. Thanks in advance for sticking around. We think you’ll like it.

We would loved to have done this before we painted the place but timing was not on our side. That said, it all worked out and the place is looking pretty spiffy. Next up - the floor!

Hard to believe it’s already been 2 years since we started Niche. We haven’t been as active on social as we’d like largely because we have been keeping very busy which we are extremely thankful for. This past year saw us bring on several new clients and ramp up work with our existing ones, we launched Niche Explore with @mikedavidsontv, got our Amazon store up and sold out of our first run of GT-1 multitools! A big thanks to all of our clients, customers, and the family and friends who have supported us along the way. We have some exciting things planned for the coming year and some very lofty but attainable goals. Here’s to another trip around the sun!

Sharpen your design process from brief to 3D print in this hands-on workshop at COR, Seaport. This event blends traditional design techniques with cutting-edge AI innovation. You’ll explore the importance of design-led exploration by developing a wearable light concept—anything from a headlamp to a bike light.

Bring your laptop or iPad, pen and paper, and get ready to use tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Vizcom, Procreate, Solidworks/ Rhino, and Miro. The session is structured for 50% basic technical skills and 50% experimental AI tools, offering a practical, creative environment to expand your toolkit and network with peers.

“There's this voice in my head—a sickly, hunched-over version of me sitting in the basement, constantly reminding me about all the files I need to clean up.

I'm a product designer who strives to always see the potential in things. Growing up obsessed with Transformers taught me that there’s always more than meets the eye. Realizing that potential on a project can be tough when between our work and the clients I've got 17,000 files scattered across Google Drive, Dropbox, and my disaster of a desktop. It's like having to keep track of everything in my closet, but I have 700 closets.

Now that voice in my head wants to go outside and be healthy, but I won't let him because I haven't organized my digital house. He's just sitting there… waiting, reminding me constantly of what I need to deal with. It's anxiety-inducing, always eating up bandwidth in my head.

My life's been in constant transition for 20 years—my career, having a two-year-old daughter, running a business with my partner Aaron. When you're juggling client work, teaching, and your own products, organization becomes a real challenge.

Then I found Naya's visual workspace. We tested it while developing the GT-1 multi-tool for Niche Industries. Instead of crappy thumbnails and endless file lists, everything was visually organized. It streamlined all our backend work—no more hunting for files or losing iterations. The multi-tool is nearly sold out on Amazon and we're already using Naya from day one on version two.

Naya’s vision of making products more loved resonates deeply. When digital chaos takes me away from the things I love, like time with my family, it directly impacts my personal life. Having a tool that helps me manage the mess better means I can focus on what matters: creating things and being present for the people who need me. I'm creating for love, not just surviving the process."
