Today is my last day in my 30’s and here’s some wisdom I’ve learned over the years… ✨

Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you. Who excite your inner child to come play and giggle without being self conscious.

The choices we make are the ones we wanted in that moment. None are wrong and each path will open a door that leads to another.

How we respect and feel about ourselves will mirror in the relationships that surround us.

No one has it figured out. End goals are just goals.

That cup of coffee in the morning, getting to watch the sunset, dancing all night, seeing part of the world that sparks your curiosity. These are the moments that make life so special.

Friends, careers and places have chapters in our lives.

If we are fortunate, we will have many different versions of ourselves.

Stay Kind. 🤍

The people that see us through the hard times, are the ones worth keeping. Nourish those relationships even when life gets busy.

Your authentic self is all that matters. Idolizing others is an illusion that will never bring fulfillment.

Growth and healing are a forever journey.

Energy is real.

None of the shit matters. Eat the dessert. Leave what doesn’t serve you. Have faith the Universe has your back. 🦋

Peace is when we stop believing in what we’ve been told to do.

Adopt the dog. They will become your best friend and don’t care how small your home is.

Find your whimsy. 🦄

Stay curious, learn new things and trust your inner voice.

Most of all, love yourself. ❤️ Opinions of others will always be there to say you’re not good enough. As someone in the beauty industry, my biggest takeaway has been WHAT IS BEAUTY? It’s YOU.

It’s your freckles and crooked tooth. It’s the deep belly laugh that brings tears to your eyes. It’s the meal that reminds you of someone you love. It’s the scars that show you’ve lived and the stretch marks that prove how strong our bodies are.

LOVING Happy 13th Anniversary

“I have had this book on my wish list for quite some time. My husband surprised me this past Christmas with it, and inside he wrote a beautiful message. This week we celebrated our first year married, and 13 years together. We love looking at the couples in the photos in the book, and hope one day people will look at our photos and feel the joy that we do when looking at the book.
