Story time lol: After a little over a year, this thing is finally running. It all started with the GSR, pretty zippy and made cool vtec noises. Of course after one summer of getting smacked by big Ben, I grew out of it pretty fast. Even Caspar tried to be sneaky and go turbo outta nowhere, so the next best thing was going K. Sold the B series and bought a RSX with a healthy k24 swapped into it. Initially the plan was all motor but somehow this Jackson Racing supercharger fell in my lap, thanks Nino lol. The car sat for a while as I ran out of motivation but thanks to everyone for pushing me to get this done. Of course none of this would be possible without the BYB X RW team. Thanks to Sven and Johnny for guiding me through the whole thing and lighting a fire under my ass to get this done, I lost motivation multiple times and almost sold the shell. Thanks to Caspar for betting me ”you’ll never go K”. Thanks to Derek for kickstarting this whole project by pulling the B series and actually being the one to go buy the donor car. Derek did a a lot of the dirty work and made sure I didnt break anything. Thanks to Jayryan for giving me a crash course on welding(we’ll see how my welds hold up) and helping me fab the big ass radiator from Konnor. Shoutout to Andrew, Niron, and Alex coming thru last minute to make sure I made it to dyno day. Finally made it on the dyno after Dexter quality checked my work and tightened everything else I left loose/unsafe. Thanks to Dex for walking me thru everything and being so transparent when tuning the car. He made sure I, the customer, knew what he was adjusting/tuning and explained the importance of what all the numbers meant. Finally got a good graph and of course I broke an axle and post mount 5 minutes after rolling off the dyno 😂. Also, thanks to Omal for making a celebrity appearance and saving the day with a new post mount. No kesss frfr. Ty Charlie for being the bravest test passenger lol

But ya, here we are folks this not the final product yet but we back on the streets ya’ll. Team @backyardboogieseattle x @reliablewrenchers 4 life 🏎️ 💨
