Six years ago, I had no idea where this career in aesthetics would take me 🦋

As I approach my 6th year in aesthetics, I wanted to share where I started for those injectors just beginning their journey and for my patients who want to know more about me!

After realizing hospital nursing wasn’t for me, I found aesthetics as the perfect avenue for combining medicine and making people feel confident 🤍 i’m so grateful for how far I’ve come, the people who have helped shape me, and the experiences that have brought me here. Even after these years, there’s still SO much to learn and room to grow.

Never stop learning, stay curious, never stop being kind, and remember that everyone starts somewhere 🫶🏼

10 days of healing after SkinPen microneedling I had done with @injector.robyn and here’s what I want you to know. 👇🏼

Microneedling isn’t just about achieving that post-treatment glow. It’s about improving the overall health, quality, and function of your skin by stimulating your body’s natural wound healing and collagen production cascade.

✨ What can SkinPen help improve?
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Acne scarring
• Uneven skin texture
• Overall skin smoothness and appearance

I also incorporated exosomes into my treatment with the goal of supporting skin recovery and minimizing inflammation, particularly important for skin prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Your skin doesn’t stop improving once the redness disappears and the surface of the skin heals. Collagen remodeling continues for weeks to months after treatment, meaning the results are a cumulative process, not an overnight transformation.

Transforming your skin is an investment, and the best results come from consistency, patience, and a treatment plan tailored to YOU.

✨ THE SKINCARE EDIT: My Current Must-Haves ✨

Good skincare is an investment, and the right products can make all the difference! 🤎

As an Aesthetic PA, I’m always looking for products that are backed by science, deliver visible results, and target common skin concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, and premature aging.

These are 5 of my current favorite medical-grade skincare products that I love and recommend to my patients! 🧴✨

From daily SPF protection to powerful retinoids, brightening serums, and innovative exosome technology, each of these products has something unique to offer.

Of course, skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all! The best regimen is one that’s tailored to your skin type, concerns, and goals.

Swipe through to see my top picks and why I love them! ➡️

💬 Which of these products have you tried, or which one are you most interested in?

Had an amazing time at Blue Aesthetics with Revance learning new techniques and expanding my knowledge of DAXXIFY and RHA fillers!

So grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in my aesthetic nursing journey with @Dermestetics. 🤍

I love being able to refine my skills and bring new techniques and treatments to my patients!

So many exciting things to come… stay tuned! ✨

Sun damage is cumulative—meaning those little everyday exposures add up over time. But the good news? It’s never too late to start protecting your skin.

Daily broad-spectrum SPF helps prevent future UV damage and gives your skin the opportunity to recover while you work on existing signs of photodamage like uneven pigmentation, fine lines, texture, and loss of elasticity.

Think of sunscreen as a foundational pillar of your anti-aging routine—not just a product you use when it’s “sunny” out

Yesterday’s sun exposure already happened. Using SPF today is something you can control!

Your 20s are for PREVENTION
Retinol. SPF. Vitamin C. Start now. Thank yourself later 😌

PSA you only wear retinol at night! 🌙 You also have to wear SPF every morning because retinol can make your skin more sensitive to the sun ☀️

Brow lift / Eye lift with tox by @injectorthea 👀

One of my favorite techniques when the goal is to create a more lifted, awake look without adding heaviness to the forehead.

By treating only between the brows + around the eyes, we can maximize the natural upward pull of the brow.

This patient gained 1–2 mm of additional lid space and said she felt like she looked so much more awake! 🤍

Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference. Schedule a consult to see if you are the right candidate for this treatment.
