NGL this is possibly my cleanest mural yet! In a private garage in the suburbs of Chicago. I can’t wait to have a collection of cars like this one day 💪

What started with reclaiming Chicago commons from demolished buildings has evolved into our next major chapter.

At our core, we’re more than a masonry and fenestration suppliers. We are partners, technical experts, and active collaborators within the AEC community.

We’ll let the video do the talking. Come on in and say hi! 📍

Historic hotels in Panamá. Backroom bars in Pilsen. Cafeteros in Boquete. Hospitality design continues to shape a growing part of our work at Via Chicago — crafting spaces that offer a moment of color and calm within the chaos of everyday life. We’re heading to Las Vegas for the next two days for HD Expo, looking to expand our ever-evolving library of ideas, collaborators, and fabrication partners who help bring it all to life. Hope to see you there. #HDExpo2026 #VegasViaChicago

NEW LOGAN SQUARE BAR OPENING SOON — BLDG Projects completed the architectural design for this commercial interior & exterior renovation buildout for @tuneupchicago, a new bar coming to Logan Square, Chicago and opening soon.

Here’s a look at how the project evolved since our first site visit when it was a vacant property - plus construction progress pictures compared to our final approved renders and architectural, mechanical, and engineering drawings. We collaborated with @design_agn, who completed the interior design for the bar, and @foureg, the hospitality firm in charge of the project.

Tune-Up’s grand opening is tomorrow, Saturday February 28th, at 3810 W Belmont Avenue. Make sure to pay them a visit and check out this great nightlife addition to Logan Square, featuring a modern yet unique interior design plus a beautiful outdoor patio.

Stay tuned for our next video showing the final finished space after the grand opening. You can also visit our website to view similar commercial projects that we’ve completed, or to get in touch regarding a potential project with Chicago self-certified architecture firm, BLDG Projects.
