Fall 2025, I choreographed and performed this piece titled 355 bullets. I think it’s appropriate to share it now in honor of Macklemore and little girl Hind Rajab who was murdered while calling rescue workers who were murdered as well. Guess by who??? Scenic and video design by @austintatious7 Austin Allen, costume by @designbymarci Marci Alberti, props by Samantha Lehotai, sound design by @doctorray117 Ray Gibson, light design by Heather Harless, Mason Bergenholtz stage manager.

@cypressvisual_performingarts, @mahaafra The photos don’t do justice because I took them (duh)! Designers and choreographers deserve respect through equitable pay. The amount of work and talent and passion and love invested in our shows is unparalleled anywhere, even in science and math and my background is science. These photos are from last night’s dress rehearsal. PIM dance concert is May 15 and 16 at 7 pm and May 17 at 4 pm. Campus theater. I am listing everyone involved. If I forget anyone please pray for me, don’t bully me. Video and light @austintatious7 , costumes @designbymarci , sound @doctorray117 , props Sam Lehotai, scenic Oscar Garcia, Stage Manager Mason Bergenholtz, Theatre Production staff Chuck Rogers and Laurel Mura, Poster @kati.angelov , program Lynette Young. Faculty Choreographers Dougie Styles, Monik Jones, Michelle Funderburk-Norris, @jeargueta , Issa Hourani, Hannah Wu, Rosa Garcia. Student Choreographers @israelxhernandez , Daphne Hayes, Lucy Schleper, Juan David (@jeargueta mentor), Angela Pham (Dougie Styles mentor). Guest Artist Sonia Ochoa. Music Department Show Choir (Professor @bradleyscotthampton Directing, Anthony Lopez accompanist, @mj_wolff Faculty Choreographer). videography MAD Department, Photography Photography Department, marketing Sam Martin. Dance Department is diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism, accessibility in action, not words. We celebrate our students in every way possible. #dance #dancer #dancers #equityforartists @cypressvisual_performingarts

A couple weeks ago, I attended the 2025 Orange County Theatre Guild Theatre @octheatreguild Awards Ceremony held at the Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. I was honored to be nominated for Outstanding Scenic Design for my set design for Chance Theater’s @chancetheater production of ALMA, directed by Sara Guerrero @guerreroprincess . It was great to see so many long-time collaborators and familiar faces!! Also, special shout out to Marci Alberti @marcihearts @designbymarci - she has literally known me since the beginning!! Congratulations to ALL of the AWARD WINNERS! :)

Oh what a night! Last year I got to be part of two incredible shows: The Motherfucker With The Hat and Alma. Both these shows are near and dear to my heart, and I was so happy to celebrate and honor all the wonderful work we did at the @octheatreguild awards! Thank you @chancetheater and @thewaywardartistoc for having me be part of your season!
