We made an eensy weensy brand refresh 🤏 As we settled into what we do, we wanted our look to say more clearly what Tunu stands for. So we got a new brandmark 💅 Spotted it in your feed and thought “who’s this?” 👀 Please don’t unfollow! 🙈 Hand on heart, it’s the same Tunu Space you know and love, just in a fresh outfit. Same Rathmines studio. Same small classes. Same fifty minutes that belong to you: the part of your day where everything else switches off and you give something back to your body 🙃 Huge thanks to @designbyroberta for bringing it to life 🙌🏾 G x

3rd time at Atomicon & AGAIN it did not disappoint! An exceptional experience, unlike any other marketing conference ever! Fun, exciting, energetic, funny, honest & full of inspiration & insight. You don’t even need to ask me if I’ve booked for 2027! Of course! Oh and I LOVED hosting my first fringe meet up for the solo guests. The feedback has been amazing! They’ve set up their own accountability group! What more can I say. #atomicon26

#Atomicon26 part 2! Just walked through the front door. I’m a reflective thinker so it always takes me a while to process these moments. Had a great time though and if you’re a small business owner and want to level up your sales and marketing and just be in the room with some fabulous people, I heartily recommend it! Everyone was super friendly and I loved making lots of new and recent connections @margotblenkinsop @salestraining_with_enfys @well.designed.uk @designbyroberta gingerfizz_marketing @atkatmarketing @thefirsthellohost @mattjoyce_illustration @getwildlyfree and seeing people IRL who I have only seen as pixels for a long time! (@lizmmosley @alice_benham @justjobird @yoco.studio @hicommunications_ @andrewandpete @klloydcreative ) I’ve been on quite the journey this year. After a terrible end to 2025, I still can’t believe where I am now. I know it may look like it’s all bells and whistles but internally I’ve been navigating deep work and it. is. so hard and painful, all while living through the daily brain fog, overwhelm and shiny object syndrome I am blessed with (thanks a million perimenopause and adhd). But, events like this remind me that it is worth it to keep pushing on, to keep dreaming and building. @alice_benham talks about bounce back rate over consistency and I am so frikking proud of my bounce back rate! I am determined to make this business work and feel so excited for what the next year is going to look like! Want to come along for the ride? I’ll be in the slow lane (thanks @annhandley )

Last Saturday, I was in a room full of women who chose themselves. Women who built something from nothing. Who stayed when it got hard. Who kept going when the numbers did not make sense. Network Ireland Dublin Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2026. I was a finalist for Networker of the Year. I did not take home an award. But I sat at a table surrounded by courage, and I left full. That is what community does. It does not validate you through trophies. It reminds you that the decision to show up, again and again, was never wrong. If you are building something and you feel alone in it, find your room. Your people are already there. Congratulations to every woman who was nominated, shortlisted, or just in that room on Saturday. You are the reason nights like this matter. To every woman in that room, Sinéad, Carol, Eimear, Jennifer, Roberta, Gabriela, Paula, Lucy, Roxanne, Cami, Sarah, Emily, Sinead, Joy, Blessed, Amanda, Hudda, Carmel, Laura, Dr Elif Torun, Mary, Alison, Johanna, Cidalia, Dolapo, and many more! #NetworkIreland #NetworkIrelandDublin #BusinesswomanOfTheYear #WomenInBusiness #WomenInBusinessIreland SupportedByAIB DublinBusiness CommunityOverCompetition

A huge congratulations to all of our winners and nominees at the @networkirelanddublin Business Women of the Year Awards! 🌟🏆 What an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements, dedication, innovation, and leadership of so many incredible women. Whether you took home an award or were nominated, your success deserves to be recognised and celebrated. 💕 To be nominated among such an exceptional group of women is an achievement in itself, and every finalist should be immensely proud. The talent, ambition, and resilience in the room was truly phenomenal. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening so special. It was an honour to celebrate the remarkable women who are making such a positive impact across our business community. Photos by the super talented @lindaclarkephoto 💕🌟

What a night, celebrating incredible women in business 👏 Huge congratulations to all the winners and a big thank you to our president @carolokellypersonalbranding and vice president @eimearfahy__ and the whole committee who made the awards happen. We weren't too sure about socialising so soon after Ian's dad passing but this group are so super friendly we easily relaxed and even had a dance to end a perfect evening. (Loved the saxophone player). You do not succeed alone in business. Networking is a big key to successful and sustainable growth.

Years in the making. I always knew something was missing, but honestly? I kept putting it off. As Ceramics by Anne grows, it became clear I needed a logo that actually felt like me. So I finally did it, with the wonderful help of Roberta from @designbyroberta Hope you love it as much as I do.

This day last week! What an experience! ✨️ The Personal Brand Edit was a coming together of creative business owners to share the value and beauty in sharing your personality as a business owner. It was all about coming back to yourself. Remembering your story, your narrative , your purpose and your uniqueness. We had such an engaging group of business owners from all different areas join us. Their curiosity and openness made a nervous speaker (me!) feel comfortable. And the conversations flowing were class to see! Thank you to @thefumbally for ther gorgeous event space and taking care of us so well. Lunch from @deliciousfoodco was exactly that! And the biggest thank you to my co-hosts! ❤️ @thesimplifiedsocialmedia @designbyroberta @sandsphotography.eu Getting to know these women has been a highlight of the past year but planning, organising and hosting this event together is something so special! The level of understanding, care and encouragement was next level! ✨️ Here's to taking our place and telling our stories!

Sometimes things don’t take months to plan, they just happen when they make sense. This event came together really quickly and I think it’s because it felt right from the start. We were co-working, talking about our businesses, and realised that in different ways we all work with the same thing - personal brand. And in 2026 it’s becoming more important than ever, not just to have one, but to have one that feels real, clear and genuinely connected to the people you want to reach. That’s where this day came from. We’re still kind of in it, still thinking about the conversations, the moments, everything that unfolded. It felt easy, natural, like something that was meant to happen. We already know there will be another one. We’ll take a little pause, adjust a few things, reshape it slightly and do it again. But for now, we just want to sit with this one. And really say thank you to the people who came, who showed up, who trusted us and the process. I truly hope this gave you something that stays with you, and helps you shape your brand in a way that feels stronger, more honest, and more connected to the world around you.
