A feast for all the senses 🤎 Autumn is such a pretty time of year to visit.

It’s been a challenging time personally and hence the absence. But we’ve still been busy in the background and hope to share more soon 🫶🏼

The 13 King Street project is a true example of turning challenges into opportunities. 🏡

This block came with its fair share of hurdles—narrow dimensions, a power pole, a venturi, and strict boundary restrictions. These factors made it feel almost impossible to design a home that met our client’s brief.

But with careful planning and creativity, we saw the potential and made the ‘impossible, possible.’ The design incorporates a ground-floor master bedroom and additional bedrooms on the upper floor, creating a functional and unique home tailored to the site and the client’s vision.

This is just the beginning—stay tuned for part two, where we’ll dive into how we tackled the boundary restrictions and brought this project to life.

If you’re considering a block with challenges or want to avoid costly surprises, don’t miss our upcoming MasterClass: Finding & Selecting the Right Building Block on February 12th.

It’s the perfect opportunity to gain the clarity you need for your building journey.
