Join Sisters of Wonder (S.O.W.) for an engaging intergenerational panel where women from every stage of life come together for real conversation, shared wisdom, and meaningful connection.

Hear honest perspectives across generations, ask the questions we don’t always say out loud, and discover how God’s purpose is unfolding in every season—including yours.

So I started a dance training business and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. So on September 20th (National Dance Day) I called on my network of dancers, choreographers, educators, graphic designers, photographers, filmmakers, business owners, scenic designers, health and wellness professionals, ministry leaders and more to build something that will last for the DMV community! This day was so incredibly special. God confirmed the need for this vision He gave me at 16 years old. Thank you Lord for community!

Appreciate all the birthday wishes yesterday! Chapter 28 was filled with endless new beginnings! I am excited with what Chapter 29 will bring!

Leading into the Dirty 30, I’m going to be even more intentional with growing in all aspects of my life [physically, emotionally, mentally, professionally, etc.]! Will be holding myself accountable by documenting this. Will call this the Road to 30! This is Day 1 of 365 days!

Let’s gooo!!!💪🏾💯❤️

It’s important that we continue to cultivate rehearsal spaces that provide dance training but do not neglect to nurture the technique of individual expression. We do not copy and paste dancers around here! For more of this conversation, stay tuned in for The Black Smile Table Talk released this Saturday on YouTube!
