POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

10 weeks into the new year.
5 months into Season 2 of the Frame of Life Podcast.
500 days since I started really prioritizing my self care.

Time is our most valuable asset.
We can never get more time back.

I’m learning how vital it is to honor my time and set boundaries and expectations around what I can accomplish in any given day and still stay true to the mom, wife, friend, sibling and small business owner that I want to show up as in the world.

This week I’m leaning into the numbers and looking at the real goals I set for myself in 2026. Making sure I’m on track to meet them.

I wrote it down:
1- continue to work on my health & strength
2- build systems at home that allow for more connection, less stress & overwhelm
3- work on my photo projects & connecting with my family
4- create space in days to pause & see things for what they are.

I really wrote #4 down.

Would love your input here as this month I am wrapping up my batch recorded content for the Reframed by Frame of Life Podcast series.

If you’ve listened - I’d love to hear from you.

😍What were your favorite episodes.
📝What topics did you love or wish we covered.
🥺How sad will you be if we pause recording new ones for the moment.

I’ll be sitting on the metrics (downloads and reading reviews) and looking at the hours and dollars it takes to record, edit, publish and promote.

But those numbers only mean so much - real feedback means more.

I’m tagging 20 of our latest guests on the Podcast for you to meet. Their stories and links to listen to the Frame of Life Podcast are linked in my bio.

Feel free to comment below or DM me. I’m all ears!👂

Part Two ✌️ of the Holiday Hype Up is here✨❄️

If you missed yesterdays post, this is a little holiday tradition I started a few years ago to highlight and hype up some of the people who supported me during this past year 💛

These people are people I’ve worked with, who have referred my services to friends, who have ranted/raved with me about running an online business, cheered me on, or most likely, some combination of the above. They’re people I feel incredibly grateful for.

• @thamesrivermelons 🍉
• @payneweddingsandevents 📋
• @theboldalchemist 🎨
• @thewillowsspacoffeebar 🧖‍♀️
• @thenaturalcompanionyyc 🐶
• @ninthhouse.studio 🕯️
• @designedbyharj 👩‍💻
• @j.mckinneyphotography 📸
• @the.gardenhoe.yyc 🌿
• @foothills_realestate_media 📸
• @abpcmyyc 🦵
• @mikahbeau 📱
• @hustlenflowyyc 💪

In addition to these people, there are SO many people who have cheered me on, and supported me in countless ways in 2025, and I’m grateful for each and everyone of you. If you’re here, and reading this, just know I’m thankful for you 💛

Strategy > Content

Our guest UpNext is someone I am so grateful to have met! None other than my trusted web designer and SEO expert friend - Harj of @designedbyharj!

Without posting daily on social media, Harj has consistently grown her list and ranking in search results.

How?

Blogging consistently with search term rich long form content. Thoughtfully mapped out months in advance.

An introvert entrepreneur’s dream! 🪄

She’s built a business that supports her life and needs as someone who suffers from chronic pain.

I’m so inspired and have learned so much from Harj.

She’s also a delight to work with and I hope you enjoy learning more about her story in this week’s episode of the Frame of Life Podcast.

Part two of my second annual Holiday Hype Up is here 🕺

This little tradition has been one of my favourite ways to wrap up the year because it allows me to reflect on my year and really celebrate some of the amazing humans I have in my life 💛

These posts are really just a small glimpse of all of the people who I’d like to thank.

In addition to all of these amazing business owners, I also have so many friends and family who are constantly cheering me on, and countless others who have sent sweet comments, liked posts, complimented my work while out in the real world… the list could go on forever 🥹

I hope you know that if you’re here and reading this, you’re one of the many I’d like to thank for encouraging me to make my business what it is (and what it will become)! 🫶🏼

Happy holidays to you and yours 💛🎅🏼

It starts with creating space.

Space to breathe.
Get intentional.
Identify your desires for how you want to live.

Plan time to make the memories.
Capture what matters and be present in the rest.

Reflect on the moments that filled you up.
Respect the moments to at tore you down.

Give yourself space to curate and create the life you want to live and legacy you want to leave.

I spent 2 hours with 9 incredible women talking about this very topic. I’d love to share this workshop with more people who couldn’t be there live but desire more presence, organization and connection to their stories.

Join me live on Zoom next Thursday, 2/1/24 at 12:00 PM EST for our Virtual Curate Your Legacy Workshop.

This event will be recorded for replay in case you can’t make it live. It also includes the fillable .pdf version of this workbook.

COMMENT: CURATE and I’ll send you a link to register.

although part three is my final roundup of the year, I could genuinely do this forever. I feel so grateful every day for all of the people in my life who support me in my journey of business and life. I’m a lucky gal! 💛

one final thank you goes out to YOU! thank you so much for being here (yes, even if this is the first you’re seeing of me)! every bit of support - from likes/comments/shares to kind dm’s and pats on the back out in the wild - I’m grateful for it! 🥰

It took over a year of hard work to bring this branding to life but it is finally here and I want to take this moment in time to document and reflect back on how far it’s come. From vision to reality.

Things came crashing to a hault inspiration wise and motivation wise last fall when we said our final goodbye to our most special guy- @codypuptails. This loss really did a number on me and my heart.

Not that dogs are ever really proud of their owners (especially when they’re staring at a computer screen all day) but I think Cody would be proud to know that one year later we fought through and finally got it done.

Our vision is clearer and we know that we’re going to change the world with our messaging and systems for documenting the moments that matter most.

Hope you enjoy browsing through a piece of my heart and feel wrapped in cozy with a side of silly/witty along the way!

Quietly in the background of being a wife, mama, running a branding photography biz, I have crafted together a piece of my heart and my mission for the future.

The goal is to help people manage their photo and heirloom collections and tell the stories that matter most to their lives.

Building happiness, connection and legacy at the same time.

Join me over @frameoflifeproject to learn more and I hope you get the chance to check out my new website that explains my vision even more!
