✨ Three days of fun, connection, and a little runway magic at Inspire & Awaken! 💃🔥

The energy on stage was unreal! My face was shaking so much I tried to smile… only to realize I already was! 😂 I had no plan, so I asked Spirit to bring out something funny, and apparently that meant twirling and dancing!

I’ve been to almost all of Ally’s events, and the friendships I’ve made and confidence I’ve gained through this community are incredible.

Thank you, Ally and The Inspired Leader, for the magic you create. I think your mission is working! ❤️

18 years today.

Spent it at a ball tournament. Bug spray, a cooler that’s mostly food, mr. puffs in the car on the way home.

not romantic. completely us.

18 years of ordinary days that nobody posts about. the drives, the dishes, the sitting in lawn chairs watching our kids. that’s the part that actually adds up.

Happy anniversary, Brendan. still picking you. ❤️

Today’s spotlight is on my amazing friend, one of my health inspirations and a Macro Nutrition Coach, Shar @designedbyshar! 🥳

Shar’s journey started after having kids, when she was tired of chasing fad diets and yo-yo dieting cycles and decided invested in a coach to learn about macros… a decision that changed everything for her.👇

Now, she’s turned that experience into a mission to help women 35+ navigate strength, fat loss, hormone health and perimenopause, all through a sustainable, non-restrictive relationship with food. 🥗

Shar has been a huge support of my business and my events as a past sponsor and attendee of my Conferences and she continues to be one of my biggest health inspirations, showing women that this season of life doesn’t have to mean giving up on feeling strong and vibrant. 💪

Shar also introduced me to the most delicious Protein Bars I’ve ever tasted from @g2gbar, she even gifted them out at the Glow Getter Conference in Jasper and helped me gift them out in my Glow Getter Subscription boxes in 2024. Many of my family and friends have told me they order multiple boxes at a time because they are so good. Use code “HEYSHAR” for 20% off your next order. 🎉

Give her a follow and show her some love in the comments! 💕

The first two Becoming You workshops sold out.

And the energy in that room is something special. These are full days where women step away from the noise of everyday life and spend time asking ourselves the questions we often push aside.

What do I actually want? What matters most right now? What would it look like to move through life with more intention?

There was laughter. Honest conversations. Quiet reflection. And so many moments where we realized we weren’t alone in the things they had been thinking about.

Becoming You returns to Edmonton on September 12, 2026.

If you want to spend a day this year reconnecting with yourself and creating space to think about what you want from this life and this world, this experience is for you.

As a CFO, I know this truth well: the best results don’t come from heroic effort — they come from good systems.

For years I treated my health like a fire I’d fight when it flared up — no real process, just reacting. Then I built one simple system with Shar’s 60-day protocol, and everything changed.

📉 Down 10 pounds
😴 Sleeping through the night
⚡ More energy
🧠 Sharper, more consistent days

Same principle I apply to a P&L: you don’t fix a broken process with more willpower. You fix it with a repeatable system that removes decisions and friction. That’s exactly what this anchor routine did — meal prep, food tracking, sleep, all running on autopilot now, a full month after the program ended.

Turns out the best investment I made all year wasn’t in the business. It was in the system running me.

Highly recommend @designedbyshar if you’re ready to build your own.

Have you been moving through your days in a rush, just to push forward to the next task, next project? Are you always ‘busy’?
Do your to-do lists feel never-ending?
Are you saying yes… when your body is quietly asking for no?

Join me.
Hand on heart.
Hand on belly.
Breathe.
Pause.
Listen.

This space is a return to you.

The world is loud…always asking, pulling, shifting.
Beneath it all, your body has been gently asking for a safe place to land.

Join in for a weekend where….
your breath softens
your shoulders drop
your nervous system begins to regulate

This is the work we come back to at SOUL Retreat & Market.
Not becoming more…
but remembering who you already are.

A weekend to slow down
to feel
to soften
to be held in a space where nothing is expected of you.

If you’ve been craving a pause…
this is your nudge.

Still sitting with Saturday, if I’m being honest 🥰

Becoming You never feels like “just an event.” It feels like a room full of women choosing themselves, sometimes for the first time in a long time.

To every woman who walked through those doors this past Saturday, thank you 🫶🏻

Thank you for your openness, your honesty, your courage to be seen. The conversations, the quiet moments, the laughter, the breakthroughs… it all mattered.

Watching you connect, reflect, and step into deeper alignment is EVERYTHING.

And if you felt even a small shift on Saturday, trust that. That’s where everything begins.

We’re just getting started, ladies 💕

~Sometimes you just need space. Not to get away from anyone but to get back to yourself~
•
•
This circle of women is here to gently hold you as you soften, reconnect, and return home to yourself. Each facilitator brings a deeply rooted, heart-led presence—guiding you not from a place of instruction, but from lived experience, intuition, and care. It is an honour to introduce these beautiful women a bit deeper who will be walking alongside you through this intentionally curated two-day retreat.

If you’re feeling the quiet nudge to tend to yourself—to rest, to feel, to come back into your body—this space was created for you. Every offering is designed with deep intention to nourish your mind, body, and soul, while creating a sense of safety, connection, and belonging. You will be supported as you slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and allow yourself to be held.

This is a weekend of true nourishment—where you are invited to exhale, to be seen, and to reconnect with your essence. Together, we will create space to gently shed what is no longer serving you, awaken your inner knowing, and reconnect where you are at. Because when you care for yourself in this way, it naturally ripples out into every relationship and every part of your life.

I am so grateful to be co-creating this experience with such incredibly gifted women, in a space that feels truly magical. Set within the beauty of The Barn RR104, this gathering is an invitation to fully arrive, to immerse, and to expand into all that you are becoming.

Are you ready to be held, nourished, and come home to yourself? ♡
