Honestly loved this entire lift which is weird because Day 2 normally has me snoring.

Loving the tech work so I can pull more than I squat 💀 another good day of lifting and moving some kilos 😼

PR after PR, last time I ever hit over 400lbs on a High Bar Squat my hammy died on me. Now we’re hitting 405 for 4 🤪. Might be thanks my coach who knows 😼

Another great lift now time to absolutely go NUTTY and hit some ATPR’s tomorrow. (Also have FINALLY found my match for PRE. Shoutout to da GOAT Jake)

Have a greater purpose.

I used to drift through my days with no direction. just reacting to whatever showed up. then I wrote these four words down — and everything got quieter. every choice got simpler.

Wrapped up Week 3 with a super casual day.

Post 4 hour car trip and 3 hours of walking and still moving 145kg/319lbs smooth. Deadlift also moving solid with some position adjustments 215kg/474lbs.

Super happy and honestly surprised these top sets weren’t RPE 11’s. Into Week 4 for some ATPR’s 🤪
