✨ What happens when you take a busy woman…
And slow her down just enough to remember?

To remember what it feels like to be in her heart—
Not just her head.
To pause.
To play.
To dream again.
To create with her hands, not just her to-do list.

At The Everyday Reset, we guided women back to themselves.
We adorned them in gifts, beauty, and intention.
We dropped them into Alpha and Theta the moment they walk in the door—through presence, craft, and breath.
We taught them how to access this state of calm, creativity, and clarity anywhere, anytime.
Not through more doing—
But by showing them how to feel again.

Because self-care isn’t something you schedule.
It’s something you remember.
It’s in the micro-moments—when you stop outsourcing your regulation and come home to it.
It never left you.

And the most powerful part?
You’re not doing it alone.
We don’t heal in isolation.
We heal in community.
And when you reconnect to you, your people will find you.
That’s the magic.

This was one of the most meaningful events I’ve ever been part of.
And I’m so excited to keep running it regularly.

🌱 The Everyday Reset 🌱

This felt like a warm hug amidst whats been a very busy summer.

Thank you all who took the time out of your lives to not just attend something that helped you reset, but that gave you the TOOLS and reminded you of the WISDOM that you ALWAYS have within you and how to ACCESS it again.

My mission is to help women REMEMBER that taking care of ourselves doesn’t have to be another to-do on our long list. We don’t need to continue to push through when our body is begging for a break until we can FINALLY get to the end of the day or the week and “have time.”

We can re-CONNECT in any moment, at anytime. We can stop reaching for everything on the outside of us to change how we feel and instead amidst the most stressful or chaotic moments in our life- come home to an internal anchor within ourselves. That is always there, requires no time and no money.

In the age of information and knowledge it’s time to come back home to the wisdom and I hope you all trust that even just a little bit more after our time together.

More to come but for now, thank you. Thank you @designlab22miami for hosting us in your magically beautiful creative space in the Design District.

Thank you @aubrymarie for seeing my vision and bringing such magic to what I have been teaching. Pairing this with the breath took it to a whole new level.

As Aubry said in closing. Every person you meet on the street, in your life - is someone’s EVERYTHING.

Take the time to be fully present with them- you never know how much they might need it. And I’ll add- we can’t give to another what we can’t give to ourselves. This starts with you. Having the ability to stop the To-DO’s and embrace truly BEING present with your SELF again so you can give that same gift to others. And hopefully now you know how simple that can be.🌱

@designlab22miami’s Summer Solstice Gathering offered an unforgettable night of presence, play, and connection. ✨

On June 21, 2025, DesignLab22 brought together 100 community voices for an evening that felt more like a warm embrace than an event—centered on beauty, presence, and human connection. Designed to soften the pace of modern life, the gathering removed all transactions, inviting guests to simply be, without expectation or exchange.

With the ethos of “words that feel like hugs,” the experience wove together art, clothing, sound, and storytelling to celebrate softness as strength and creativity as healing.

At its heart, DesignLab22 is a growing movement grounded in abundance, radical expression, and soulful community.
